This was my first time attending the salon and I came away so pleased and happy with my nails. Nina was amazing and helped bring my nail design to life. Will definitely be coming back for more designs soon

I left the salon in tears! I went in for a prebooked spa pedicure appointment at half 4 and wasn?t seen till 10 minutes later. The lady who was looking after me removed my nail polish and made a sarcastic comment saying who did that. I said my sister and she said nice attempt which I found very rude to start off with. I was then told to put my feet into some water which was boiling hot and took them straight out. The lady who was doing my pedicure put in some cold water from a kettle! They then had me waiting in this water for 25 minutes. It was soo cold and wet outside before I even got to the appointment so sitting there with my feet in cold water made me feel disgusting! I then asked how long am I going to be sitting here for as I?d just been forgotten about and was told she was nearly done. When she was about to start my pedicure she asked what polish I wanted I said French tip which she then proceeded to say it was extra! Considering the spa pedicure was already £35 I thought this was a joke! My husband had booked this as a birthday treat so just sent me the confirmation and money to get this done so I didn?t have a clue. I proceeded to say well thats not happening considering I was left to it and the fact it didn?t even feel like a spa pedicure. The other lady that I?m assuming is the boss was soo rude and said if you don?t like it you don?t have to have this done. We went back and forth as she said it was Christmas and the customers like her(pointing at another customer) like to get designs done. I said it has nothing to do with any other customer! if it?s really busy at Christmas why would you only have 2 staff working on a Saturday? Make it make sense please. She laughed in my face as I said if a customer has an appointment there should be someone ready for that customer. I felt soo disappointed when I left there as not only was the 2nd lady rude but it was my first time after having a baby where I could of gone out to do something for myself! Would not recommend to anyone so unprofessional and rude!!!!

Had a pedicure here with Jenny who was lovely. She did a great job and took the time to tell me how to better care for my feet. Nice gel polish colour and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I got my nails done by Nina and Jenny on NYE, they went above and beyond! They stayed back for near enough an extra 2 hours for my nails and toes and didn?t complain or speed up anything at all. The results were so beautiful and exactly what I asked for. They were kind, accommodating, gave me great advice and are so skilled and talented! I rang about an hour before I came and straight away got in on such a busy day. The shape, the colour, the length everything is so perfect! I couldn?t be happy or recommend YU nails to anyone enough. Book in here girls for the best nails!!!

Just had the very best pedicure I have ever had.Clean friendly place, both ladies lovely and knowledgable.They took time chatted,gave me a tea.Will definitely be back in the new year.

Well..... this place is a waste of time and very disrespectful, may look all pretty and boujee but trust me, avoid this place if you can, booked an appointment for my Mrs as a little gift for her pedicure... she came home crying because of how she was treated. Oh also if you want a pair of burnt feet.. feel free to book them. They boiled the kettle and poured it in for my Mrs to put her feet in there.. brainless people! When she spoke up.. they have the audacity to tell her to go elsewhere, she got up to leave anyway.. ohh after all that they also ask for the money lmaooo. TRUST ME AVOID THIS PLACE unless you don't mind being burnt nor disrespected

this salon is unethical and treats customers with disregard. I booked an appt via treatwell while visiting Bolton after my father had just passed. When I realized the salon was in town and it was far from me I had to cancel, I did so within the hour. They're saying they have a 24 hr cancel policy - how does one cancel with 24 hr notice when the appt is not 24 hrs away. This is a terrible policy and rest assured I will make it know how you deceive and take peoples money without providing service. I wasn't even offered a credit for another time. Just dishonest practices.
