Love BMW Bolton, the service is the best I?ve ever had, from the greeting at reception Debbie K(who?s fantastic, always happy to make you a brew aswell) to the service team. All great. Plenty of refreshments available while you wait. Best BMW by far! Definitely recommend this garage.

Picked up a brand new 2 series in July 2023. The vehicle encountered mechanical failure within 1 mile of leaving (stuff happens). What followed was a genuinely shocking experience of broken promises taking three months and escalation to the BMW UK / BMW DE CEO to resolve.

Buy a car from here by all means the sales team can be wonderful. However, look elsewhere should you encounter a problem with your car. Several months in and they?re still unable to diagnose and fix the issue. Have been told ?it?s fine? multiple times only for an independent investigation to find 4 faults with my vehicle. BMW UK also found the same 4 faults which Williams brushed under the carpet. I presented the evidence to Williams with the assistance of BMW UK yet they still declined to fix the vehicle. The dealership is waiting for the warranty to expire so they can charge however they please. The service department either lacks the knowledge to fix the car or they?re simply ignoring it because it?s the easy option. They?ve also rejected to perform the first MOT as they don?t want to do it under the service plan which I am paying monthly for. With multiple pieces of evidence including a recording of the technician admitting there is a fault Williams have proudly displayed disgust when it comes to fixing their customers cars. If you want a reason to pull your hair out go to Williams BMW, not only will they sell you a car but you?ll have a free lifetime subscription of tension type headaches.
