Went to enquire about flooring on my new home, i?m a first time buyer so everything is new to me. The guy at front desk was so rude not helpful at all, he first gave me a price and told me how much something was per m2 and then when i asked what was the total he added extra £20 and then when i questions it he denied it, he gave so much attitude and i was just enquiring on prices and size, the service was awful and he was just so unhelpfull. Found same flooring elswhere with better price and better service. I would never shop here again in my life

Really loved working with Wall2Wall. There was so much choice in the shop (too much for my mum.) We found just what we needed and were kept informed about measures and fitting dare options.When the installation took place the fitter was very efficient and kept me up to date with all the progress (including the odd challenge an older house has!) He also cleared up after himself (inside and outside the house.) My mum doesn't spend money on herself... so this was a big deal for her. And she lives it. Thanks
