Always comfortable seating. Decent viewing experienceAlways best to book tickets in advanceFootnote: if you are going to take the time to pay for tickets and travel to the complex, switch off your phone, there's nothing more annoying than someone scrolling and texting throughout a movie with the glow of your screen distracting others

Good service, comfy recliner seats and overall cleanliness. Happy with Vue just a pity some people have no cinema etiquette - unfortunately ended up sat next to a couple who must have gone through 20 bags of food during the film eating like pigs, phone on, talking/laughing during quiet scenes. Pfft.

Love the recliner seats, very comfy and great that every seat is one and you don't have to pay extra for them. The pricing structure on tickets is very simple to understand. Unfortunately it's a little bit far out for us to come every cinema visit but we will visit again. Great experience ?

Visited last week on my own to watch the creator. Cinema nice and clean not to cold as in some cinemas. Good price

The cinema looks like it's had a magic wand over it. This was our first time and only really came here because the film show times suited us. Apart from the cinema there's a whole load of stores, eateries, bowling, shopping all in one place. It's pretty impressive. We were in cinema 7, and every seat was a leather motored recliner and very comfortable for the entire film. As usual we purchase some of the overpriced food and drink and as is the case with cinemas, they don't often see much of the revenue from film studios so even if you have a grudge against buying cinema food, unless you want to see them dissappear please buy something. Overall, staff were great, food was good and the cinema itself was very enjoyable. Pity the film didn't meet expectations bit we still enjoyed it. We'll be back!

Absolutely love this Vue cinema in Bolton, easy to get to. Staff very helpful and welcoming, and cinema very clean. Plenty of space in every screen and lovely reclining chairs, can highly recommend.

My favourite cinema to go to now, reasonable prices and the recliner seats are super comfy. There's so much room between the rows, It's like being at home on your couch!

It's a nice cinema and it's a good to see a return to Coke. However, they have one of those nice machines where you can get multiple flavors. But if you pay the extra 70p for Coke, you can only get Coke, not cherry coke. Any other kind of coke like you would find in the machines in other venues. If you want cherry or anything like that, you got to go Coke zero which I think is a real shame, especially seeing as you paying a premium for full fat but still a good job from moving from Pepsi

Great seats (we were in Screen 2 on the 2nd row from the front) and we had no issues at all. We watched the movie very comfortably... great movie, great cinema!

I had a horrendous time with trying to amend a booking with Vue?s national customer service team. As I used vouchers I could only do it via Live Chat?except this wasn?t open. The phone lines were closed, and nobody responded on socials.HOWEVER, Tony - the excellent manager of Vue Bolton - rescued everything! Within minutes he gave me replacement tickets for another time, and was a thousand times more helpful than the rest of the Vue team. The man deserves a medal!

Great cinema, sometimes find the seats are dirty though, happened a few times. Ridiculously over priced drinks, popcorn and sweets. £4 for a bag of maltesers, bring your own food. Vue need to have a serious shake-up when it comes to food, hotdogs are puke material and the nachos, well open a bag of really nasty immigration Doritos and throw some cheap cheese sauce in the bag with loads of salt and you're almost there. Seriously of Vue put far better prices, offered better food, even pre-packed paninis and salad bowls, fruit bowls, crisps or just made the food options more varied they would make a killing.Cinemas good, seats awesome, comfy and always friendly staff though. Only give it three stars because of the treat prices, poor quality food. Toilets clean though.Parking can be a nightmare on busy shopping days, getting in and out can be a wait.
