Absolutely waste of time my husband has been a loyal customer for 10 years in January and always upgraded with them even though they were alot dearer on his last upgrade and he had to take a 3 year contract out with them but he did and and he accidentally dropped his phone he was told to take it into the shop and they would sort it ad it is still under warranty so we took in today to be told that its not under warranty because he is at fault for dropping it and for them to sort it it will cost him £300 safe to say he has seen the light and won't be taking out his next contract with them when it's due and he will listen to me in the future avoid

Absolutely useless. Had an appointment booked through vodaphone app for a battery refresh. Had waited 2 weeks and booked time off work to come and get it done. Turn up and they just said no don?t do that, despite me having an appointment booked. Didn?t even look on their system to look into it, just sent me away and said ring customer services. Appalled by their lack of care for the customer. Wasted a morning and they don?t even have a direct number where you can contact them! Will be leaving Vodaphone asap.

My whole family changed to Vodafone and made a deal with the staff at the shop verbally, the roaming is a optional service and will be charged in that month when we use it, we would take the youtube premium individually and cost £8 per month instead of whole entertainment bundle. And now, the bill on hand, the roaming is charged even we never request to use, and whole entertainment bundle is charged cost us £12 per month. We go to the shop and the staff just let us see the contract what we signed. To be honest, we signed the contract and give our confidence to this company without reading contract details, we trusted the contract is same as what the staff said and all is same as the hand write quotation. We must stay and paid for the things we are not expected for 24 months. We are regretting to believe the staff instead of read the contract carefully, and didn?t keep the quotation. It is different and make us feel sad and being cheated.We will not recommend our friends or anyone to use it as there are two versions of the oral agreement and black and white contract.

I went in to the Bolton store this morning to see if they could assist with a new contract at a lower price - currently paying £50+/month and I have been a customer for 12 years. Upon entering the store, I wasn't acknowledged, there were three staff in, all sat down doing nothing looking absolutely miserable. I approached a girl who I think her name badge said Lila, she didn't smile, didn't say hello, didn't get up, just looked at me blankly as I asked if she could help with a new contract deal and the process of keeping my number if I move network. The manner and tone was disinterested, and like I was boring her. She eventually gave me a price for a data plan I'd not even asked for and it was still a lot more expensive than the competitor prices I had given her. There was no effort whatsoever and she really wasn't interested in potentially losing a customer. Sky mobile here I come.

Bought a sim data card for mobile WiFi told staff it was for use in Lanzarote so paid £26. Could not get a signal anywhere we tried. OK didn't work so anyway it was just for holiday and again told by vodafone shop to just cancel account on return ????Has anybody ever tried to cancel with Vodafone ???? Its like mission impossible. Tried web site and CHAT help !!!???!!! Don't even try the phone was on waiting for 22 minutes then told I was being transferred to cancellation debt @#$#!!?? Was put in a queue which said I was number 43 so waited patiently for another half hour until Sonja came on to assist me but before I could even type hello back I was cut off. They offered me a copy of chat which I said yes to. Never arrived so I copied and pasted into my notes app.Never heard a word back so cancelled direct debit with my bank and if I owe anything they can try to contact me. I might just put them in my queue at start 50GoodbyeVodaphone forever
