The worst customer service vodafone broadband we lost our internet connection 2 weeks ago we keep calling them for updates and they keep lying to us and gives promises without actions keep saying they will come next day and they never did , no support at all I have a kid revising for GCSE we cannot do anything now! They told me if you have a vodafone number we will give you unlimited data when I bought a vodafone sim they said you have to activate it! Then later they said we cant give you as it is a pay as you go Sim card !!!

Today, I visited with my friend the Vodafone company in Bolton, where I am a subscriber and have a SIM card from Vodafone, and I wanted to buy a phone, but we saw that the employees were unfriendly and immoral. An employee greeted us and started looking at her colleagues and laughing while they laughed and bullied us. We did not complete the session and left. I hope that the employees are chosen correctly.

Absolutely waste of time my husband has been a loyal customer for 10 years in January and always upgraded with them even though they were alot dearer on his last upgrade and he had to take a 3 year contract out with them but he did and and he accidentally dropped his phone he was told to take it into the shop and they would sort it ad it is still under warranty so we took in today to be told that its not under warranty because he is at fault for dropping it and for them to sort it it will cost him £300 safe to say he has seen the light and won't be taking out his next contract with them when it's due and he will listen to me in the future avoid

Absolutely useless. Had an appointment booked through vodaphone app for a battery refresh. Had waited 2 weeks and booked time off work to come and get it done. Turn up and they just said no don?t do that, despite me having an appointment booked. Didn?t even look on their system to look into it, just sent me away and said ring customer services. Appalled by their lack of care for the customer. Wasted a morning and they don?t even have a direct number where you can contact them! Will be leaving Vodaphone asap.
