Faulty £50 umbrella, just a month and half after the purchase. At first I was refused a refund saying 30 days had gone past: I didn't get to use the umbrella until a month after receiving it because it hadn't rained- an umbrella is used when it is raining and that is when a fault is identified. I had to resort to PayPal. The umbrella was returned to them and they confirmed the return but then they asked through PayPal that I had to show the evidence of delivery before they refunded! Totally bizarre. Poor communication throughout and long delays to get the refund (over 3 weeks), overall, an unpleasant experience. I wouldn't buy from them even if they were giving away the stuff for free.Update- astonishing that they claim they did not receive the umbrella. I still have the email from Umbrellaworld saying the return was received, the tracking and photo from Evri that it was delivered to them. PayPal refunded because the proof of delivery was provided by me.

The best customer service I've received this year. They know more about umbrellas than I thought there was to know, were friendly, and went above and beyond in terms of helping me out.

Absolutely beautiful umbrella, I'm so happy with it. I got a dome umbrella with dogs on it and I'm so excited to show it off ?I'm unsure of how long it will last. I'm an anxious person, so I'm just afraid it will rip easy. But everyone else has complimented and said it feels great quality.Thank you so much ?

Very unsatisfied with this company, would never use again or advise anyone else to. They seem to have a lot of bent umbrellas, if that's what you are looking for, and other reviews have stated poor quality and stitching on fabric. Probably look elsewhere if you want customer satisfaction and a quality product.Edit - thank you for showing customers what they will have to deal with they choose to buy things from your company. I have not asked for "more money" so I am not sure what you are referring to when you say "ransom". I also do not have to divulge to you the personal circumstances of the last few weeks, which are none of your business. Just know you could have helped a customer in a tough situation and received good feedback, you chose otherwise.I am entitled to leave as many honest reviews of your company as I want, and I will do so. Ultimately this company sends goods that are faulty or damaged, and this is the response they give customers. Use at your peril, they've laid out exactly who they are in the below and what to expect when dealing with them:"you just need to be more aware of the rights you have as an online shopper and work within those parameters." - says to me: we don't care about the customers whatsoever, and unlucky for you if you have a problem with an item.And I believe they absolutely did send a bent umbrella, as there are no bends on the box whatsoever. I would love for them to prove otherwise.

Umbrellaworld themselves were excellent. Good communication when I reached out to them about Hermes and delivery. They provided me with Hermes tracking details and my order arrived 30 minutes later.
