I contacted Toolstation via their live chat on Monday, typed in my query, and waited - then waited some more. After two hours with no response, I phoned and was directed to their website by an automated system. I submitted the same enquiry via their email form, but the reply came more than 48 hours later simply telling me to ?check the website,? even though I had clearly done so already. By the time their response arrived, I had already placed an order with another supplier who actually cared. Quite frankly, it was frustratingly unhelpful service that cost them my business - both immediate and ongoing

I've been using Toolstaion now for over 10 years plus + and couldn't recommend this place enough to all our tradie mate!!They have an amazing team of staff that are full of character an life, and are more helpful in assisting with your needs!!.Offering a speedy click an collect sevice or in store purchase, ya surely not going to go sort on any project under way!! ? ? ?...

Ordered items online at 8:42 Saturday morning, ready within 4 minutes. Picked them up and back home at 9:05, friendly staff. Good prices couldn't find cheaper.

Brilliant shop and value for money but deb is a different kettle of fish. She needs a years long customer service course. Every time I go in I purposely pretend I?m looking at something so I don?t have to experience debs very very poor customer service and arrogance or better still go across the road to screwfix. Deb does not have a clue about items in stock and just gives the answer of ?how am I supposed to know? I wouldn?t have deb serve a pig never mind a customer in a multi million pound company. Other than that tool station is tool station, be a better place to shop without miserable, rubbish customer service deb

Tool station Bolton is a great branch with friendly staff who are also very helpful.They carry a good range of stock and get stock replenishment quickly if your item is not in stock.The car park is very small and sometimes can be a bit of a struggle to find a space or maneuver easily.Access to the site is easy and is just of a main road (Manchester road).

Never had an issue here before, but this morning my partner had to park there for around 10 minutes around 8:30 AM because there was no space in the Clifton's parking area and when she got back a worker called Deb was circling around the car and just said "Custstomers only" in a rude manner.I would understand asking (not in this Karen tone) customers not to park there even for a short time, but the car park was completely empty so she was obviously not creating any issue by parking there for 10 minutes.
