On 30 December at evening (around 6pm) Wagamama Bolton. Me , my wife for a drink and food a table inside as it was busy day. My husband blind and we got assistance (guide dog). My dog followed me partly through the door as he'd slipped his lead (he's only 11 months old) however he was quickly spooked by staff who darted towards him unexpectedly. Me, Mrs sat inside, our dog continued to bark quite a lot and within 2 minutes, a lady member of staff came out and spoke to us in a very rude way, saying "if your dog doesn't stop barking, I'll ask you to leave". After 5 minutes she back again told us leave please. We all left restaurant without dinning after the she told us leave . We are disappointed. I emailed to Wagamama Bolton about issues and CALLED HIMSELF MANAGER ABBAS JAFAR accused me of lying.

I haven't left a 2* review on TA in ages. I hate doing it because obviously it means I've had a disappointing experience. The place was around a quarter full (if that). We ordered starters and main courses. My friends main course arrived. I asked her if it was normal here now to get the main course before the starter. Then her starter arrived. And I waited. And waited. She was half way through both courses when my starter arrived. I didn't have a stopwatch on it but I'm guessing it was around ten minutes later. I've cooked enough stuff in a microwave over the years to guess that this had been warmed up (or cooked in one). Then...woo hoo...my main eventually arrived. No explanation or apology. It was like they were deliberately 'taking the Mickey'. It just ruined the occasion. They might have had some fun peeing us off but they didn't get a tip. Won't be back, ever. PS I've eaten in plenty of their places over the years and it's never been like this.

Never disappointed with a Waga's and today was no different. Early in for lunch, and just a few other customers but even so, the ambience of the place is lovely, mood lighting and clean as a whistle. The food was just out of this world - another norm for Wagamama's - and the service was on point too, friendly and relaxed. Can't fault it. Can't wait to return.

Staff very helpful ?. We managed to get the walking boots the lad needed and also invested in some walking socks as well. Would recommend for all your outdoor clothing requirements.

I came here for my birthday and ordered the same thing I always have - pork ramen with extra menma no pea shoots and an extra egg. Unfortunately the recipe seems different because the noodles/toppings to soup ratio was different (too much soup, less noodles) and the soup itself smelled/tasted like pet food. I always finish the bowl and even drain out the last bits of soup because it?s so good, but this time I couldn?t finish it because the mentioned smell/taste of pet food was putting me off. Quite disappointed in this drop in quality - as said this is the dish I always order and it?s always been delicious and my favourite (I have come for my birthday for the last 3 years), but not anymore so I may not come back again.

Nice and friendly staff. Wagamama food is always up to standards and this location wasn?t an exception, very tasty food, great presentation. Easy to pay by QR code

Took my sister out for food yesterday. We were served by Paige, she was very friendly. Food was amazing, will definitely be returning.

I came a few days ago very poor service the staff were really rude not interested at all . The food came was freezing , I reply said please could we have it hot , the staff pulling faces . Asked for extra mushroom when we order . The meal came and the hardly any mushrooms only one . Ask could we have more mushroom for the staff to say you got at least one have you . Paying for a meal which is a treat I expected my foot to be hot and the staff to less rude . Bolton restaurant has really come down the hill

Service awful. Tried to clear the table before we were done ?. Asked us twice before I nearly had to remove the waitresses hands off the plate. When we got the bill the receipt was thrown on the table. Never going back.
