They might be good at fixing shoes but don't get your watch battery changed there its money for old rope...they wanted up to £70 to change a battery in an Adidas watch...'get out of it' did it myself bought some watch screwdrivers of amazon 3 quid ...batteries from pound shop and did it in 5 minutes, works just fine so you can stick it in your eye Timpsons

Went here for a key for my 30 y/o mx5, chap there was great and knew his stuff. You might expect someone in a kiosk like this to not really care about the job but it was a great service.

Purchased a dog tag with engraving - really friendly guy, super speedy response, acknowledging I was there immediately, asked if I wanted any help and once decided asked me to write down engraving details then off he went to sort. Was done there and then and he showed me to check I was happy with it. Very pleasant person and would certainly use again

I ordered a wooden plaque from Timpson, Morrisons Bolton (Atlas Mill)-simply named "Frank's Sanctuary". It was ready 5 days later.This was for a personal and private memorial to my very much loved, late husband of 24 years-Frank. I collected it this afternoon and it is now sitting proudly on the garden gate.I have been working on this back garden of ours since April of this year so that he could enjoy fresh air, peace and tranquillity. Unfortunately, he passed away on 06/06/21 and never got to utilise his sanctuary.I still have little jobs to complete for him-he was a perfectionist.To me this sign is the icing on the cake.The chap who took my order was so understanding as I was quite tearful.Thank you Timpson.Mrs. Sharon Moores.

Excellent service by a very well informed gentleman. I have visited on several occasions and the attention and service is always outstanding.I thoroughly recommend the Timpson shop in my local Morrisons.

Avoid at all costs. Took watch in for new battery. Staff member was very rude. She said watch was broke and needed to be sent off for repairs. Head office quoted me £235 and then dropped to £200 when I said the price was a rip off. I sensibly demanded my watch back. Took it to reputable jeweller who said they had just put in the battery wrong and he charged me only £25!

Great customer service!!!! My wife brought her Karen Millen dress in to be dry-cleaned and unfortunately the belt off her dress was lost (by the dry cleaners).. The guys at Timpsons, managed to secure a new belt that matched the dress exactly... great example of customer service, going the extra mile!! ð?? ??????????
