Went into three 2/8/25 and today 3/8/25, brilliant customer service. We went into Bolton on Sunday and out of all the phone shops the knowledge the staff have here was far the best out of all in the town centre, could not do enough for us, they was so helpful. Would highly recommend from the service we received.

Friday 6th June 2025. I decided to leave giffgaff when seen a better offer and deal from Three. Payed 1st payment online to gain an esim for my samsung s23. Got emails with QR code that disappeared and codes to manually enter which I did and didn't work. Contacted three they said I should go to a local store to help me. So Saturday 7th I go to store in bolton and customer service person tryed to sell me a contract I said no I want this new service and deal I've payed for. So upon pure I.d and still couldn't activate so I said try a Sim then, nope wouldn't work guy said oh try again tomorrow and come back I said is he for real? This point I start to get annoyed I'm a new customer starting to get messed about. He gets manager she came out straight away esim service is down you gunna have to ring up three I said they told me to come in store now your saying ring them up what is going on this doesn't look good. So she says randomly it happens just like banks would you leave them I said Well... so end result speak to customer service again. they said go in store wow i lost it on phone me. So person this time said he will send a Sim card in post yes will 100% work unlike what happened at this shop saying nothing will work on my new account as a customer inc tryed a Sim infront of me.. so here is the great feedback so far ? disgusting attitude from this shop and clearly want you in contacts. I buy phones out right and just have pay and go Sims and I'm an electrician I can choose what I want to do with my money just make this clear. ?

They do not help you at all. Instead of understanding a person?s situation they just assume what they want to assume. Also their customer service is useless their network is not worth it at all.

I have been a home broadband customer for over 2 years. Went in to get some help on my broadband, instead tried to sell me a new contract before dealing with the issue. Shocking display of lacking salesperson acumen and potentially damages the Three brand. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend.

First, I don't give a review; I prefer to let things go, but I write this review specifically for the Bolton Deansgate store because it may help somehow. I also wrote about what happened in the past, such as lousy customer service two weeks ago and today at the Three Bolton store. Since 2013, as a Three customer, I have had enough; I felt emotionally downcast because I had been treated unprofessionally. So, I have an issue with one of my contacts, and I need a replacement SIM card. Customer service wrongly wrote my email. Instead of using Gmail, they put Hotmail. So, I can't get the verification code through email either because they put it wrong on the three systems. I called Three Online Center regarding the matter; they told me to go to the Bolton store to change my email address, and then they will process other issues as they need the verification code first.
I went to the Bolton store. I brought my passport, including my full driving license, proof of address, and other important documents. However, both ladies at the Bolton store's customer service desk refused to help with the issues; they didn't want to check the documents I brought that day. They told me to call the central again, so I also did that. They told me to go again to the Bolton store to ask them to change at least the email because they need the verification code and identity verification. So today, I went again to the Bolton store and met a guy with curling hair; he was rude, had poor customer service, and was unprofessional. Everything was there, the documents as proof, and everything was clear, he was trying to complicate me to make things harder and when I tried to explain why, he told me off and said, "I Don't care" a couple of times. I felt so bad and mentally humiliated as Garbage, Even though he tried to raise the case and asked me to return to the store after 24 hours. My question is this: Why come to work as long as you speak rudely to your customer? What's going to cost you to talk nicely with the customer? I tried to listen to them and use an appreciative tone and attitude towards the customer. You are getting paid for the service you give the customer. Treat your customers nicely for the sake of your company's reputation.

The customer service here has been repeatedly atrocious, every time I come the staff don't listen to a thing you say and only care about getting you to spend as much money as possible before you leave.

Visited to upgrade our internet and ended up also doing our mobile phones. Megan and Jodie were absolutely brilliant and made the process smooth and easy. Excellent customer service and a very upbeat and happy shop.
