Always love the works and this location is great. I can get all my crafting necessities for under £10 and their loyalty programme can be quite rewarding. They have a variety of high end products and very substantial ones for excellent prices. You will definitely find what you need . They always hold offers on books and a benefit of this company is that they allow click and collect and deliveries.

Collected an order from this store today. The member of staff who served me was extremely polite and well mannered (I also think he was fairly new as he'd been receiving some training earlier as I browsed the shop).Great prices and products.

DO NOT EXCHANGE BROKEN GOODS.We bought a small toy (squeezy ball) on Sunday 2nd July 23, we left the shop and it broke. Took it straight back as we were still near the shop in town. The shop person refused to take it back. Bit shoddy and unprofessional.

Funny store. Prices are low. You can find a lot of types of gifts such as balloons, handcrafts, brain games. You can absolutely find some stuff for different occasions. Staffs are very polite as well.

I love The Works! If you like books or crafting then this shop is a treasure trove for crafters and bookworms. There is also a huge selection of children's books and games. I have bought a couple of jigsaws off them, adult ones, 1000 piece. They also do storage boxes. It has a reward card scheme which you can use in store or online at The Works website. I'm at home now so I can't take photos of the store but have taken some photos of the goodies I've bought there. Highly recommend ð??

My daughter drags me into the works every Saturday morning after her dance class she loves it and so do I, it's great value for money, the points scheme is brilliant and I always get money off stuff with my card and the staff are lovely. The fella with long hair is so helpful and always chats and has a laugh. Excellent customer service and a brilliant shop.
