Second visit here with my Godmum. Nice food again pleasant owner. My only slight negative was that it could have been warmer the building.

I came for lunch just with my dog. The staff are so nice and friendly it made us feel really welcome. The new chef cooked us a panini which was crammed with meat and cheese. Thanks guys ?

Called in for early dinner en route to the football (Chorley FC). Warm and friendly welcome. Extensive menu. Food was freshly prepared and meat cooked to our personal preference with good attention to detail. Excellent value for money. Will return when next in the area.

Very disappointed, food good but service absolutely rubbish. Food ordered 3 out of 4 were correct but 4th one ordered mixed grill got a mixed kebab (not much different) Had to remind them several times about the coffees, Irish coffees couldn’t taste the whisky. Bill had an additional £30 for items we didn’t order, no apology received for everything that happened not impressed will not be going again

This is my second visit and there has been no improvement, went back to try the Sunday roast and wish I hadn't bothered. The food here is not good and when I gave the manager feedback she was less than gracious and very defensive. Burnt scampi served to my husband and I questioned about the vegetables being frozen. The carbonara sauce is thick and sickly and my son had to leave it. They didn't charge me for my meal but no one came to check if my food was OK during the meal. The restaurant is clean and well presented but it was also really cold overall can't recommend.

Been here a couple of times. Food is always lovely and clean the plate every time! Restraint is clean and staff are attentive. Food always comes quickly and if there any problems, staff will ensure to erect any issues quickly.

We sat down and it was 30mins before anyone came over to take a drinks order or food! The garlic bread was very oily to the point it was dripping off the bread when you picked it up! We ordered steak burger no relish it came with relish, so we asked for it to be swapped out, 30mis later it arrived, we ordered 2 fillet steaks medium, the both came well done all brown in the middle no pink anywhere, then whilst we was eating they came with 2 san miguel which we did not order, then came with a pizza, not ordered, and then 2 coffees again not ordered, and to top it off when we got the bill, it had the 2 san miguel's on it. NOT recommended at all.

The food was delicious and Danni was very helpful and friendly. The fish was beautifully cooked and everyone enjoyed their meals.

Food was lovely could not fault the food however service was really slow, we had to ask for our drinks 3 times as they just never came. we also had to ask when we wanted to order as we sat waiting for so long for someone to actually acknowledge that we was there to take our order. I also think there are far too many tables crammed in such a small space couldn?t really have a private conversations with my partner as the tables were so close and it was really loud.

6 of us dined at 630pm on a Monday Bank Holiday evening and it was actually very good , we had to call the waiter over for drinks once seated but once we ordered all was great, - drinks all good quality and no complaints on the food - the Pasta all 'Amatriciana was very tasty ( 3 of us had it ) - two asked for more chilli was sorted no problem , my tomato garlic bread was super, after 9pm the place began to get quieter so we had the place pretty much to ourselves - we were seeing friends from London Who had travelled up so the beautiful decor of the main lounge, the freindly and funny head waiter made it a great place to catch up - we will for sure go again

Although the food was generally standard there was one moment in the evening which stood out. I sent my son to clean his mouth after his spag bol as he was taken a while I went to check on billy and as i entered he was talking to a member of staff called adam the bathroom was very Smokey as i entered I asked billy what had been happening and too my surprise he said that the young waiter had been smoking an ecig in front of billy and even offering him some!!!! This is absolutely disgraceful and we left straight away Will not be returning until that member of staff is dealt with. Unbelievable!!!!!!

Had a dog running around, under the table. Owner of the dog abusive and staff not very interested when we complained. Made 7 ladies feel very intimidated ?

First off I?d like to say the food here is actually really good! Party of 7 and only one meal wasn?t right with very over done lamb?and some of the veg was still hard! Service was ok?no condiments on the table/no steak knives offered(3 had steak) just bits that could have been sorted before we had to ask! We were sat upstairs,the only table that was occupied,no staff upstairs so we had to keep going down for our drinks! Felt a bit forgotten. Then just as our main meals were served a man came upstairs with his pug! He proceed to allow his dog to wander care under our table ..fed it food on a paper plate on the floor and it peed twice! Now 5 of our party have dogs and had we booked a dog friendly venue we wouldn?t have bothered but it?s not on to bring a dog in and let it pee and come amongst us whilst we are eating! The man kept butting in on our conversation with minimal imput from our party.A member of staff had come upstairs when he had and was serving him triple perno! When we had had to go down for ours! 2 of our party went downstairs for a cig and the five left just chatting between ourselves,he kept trying to but in and we tried to ignore him?he then started to be abusive?telling us ?we should remember where we came from?he ?earns more than all of us put together? and called us ?ignorant c*n*s? and who the ?f**k did we think we were? One of our party went down and spoke to someone who came up and got him to go away. We then asked to speak to the manager ?.who was?busy? apparently! by this time it was around 10.15 and not many people were left in the building . So the assistant manager came up and we told her?(she was lovely to be fair) and apologised! But said the staff didn?t know he?d come upstairs ?which is blatant lies as a staff member was pouring his drinks! She offered a free drink but the night had been tarnished by this point with the man & his dog! We then paid our bill and left with manager turning her back as we came downstairs and completely blanking us! Absolute terrible customer service and total disregard for customer safety! Manager quite frankly is incompetent at her job! And doesn?t give a s**t about the customers!
