Just bought a BMW from here, absolute pleasure to deal with. Part exchanged my old car as well. They dealt with everything and got me all sorted in the new car. Plus Paul made me a lovely coffee while we sorted the paperwork. Wouldnt hesitate to use CWM next time even though it?s a 3 hour drive.

Disappointing customer service. Tried to get a refund on my mums unopened Christmas present. Been back three times each time given a different reason why they won?t refund it. By the third time it?s past the returns date. Wouldn't offer vouchers. Nothing. Manager was just downright rude and ignorant having whispered conversations before speaking to me. Was a regular customer. Not anymore.

I been there to shopping and buy something for children no code for scanning then refused to sale. I been to one of the staff then she called manager to sort it out for me.
Im appreciate about that I told to my family and friends to shopping there aswell. I'm very happy they resolved my problem cos my grandchildren was very happy for that player. ???

Ridiculous store with the most useless and lazy staff members. They have items in stock, as it tells you how many they have instore online, but the staff are too lazy to go into the back and replenish stock. Or maybe the customer being brown and having a beard has something to do with it ?

Long queue for the checkout with lots of staff on other jobs. Obviously more important than serving customers. The lady on the one checkout that was open tannoyed several times for all checkout operators to come to the tills. Eventually a lad sauntered over, looking annoyed. No eye contact or greeting to the first customer he served or to me. I exchanged comments about the poor customer service with a couple of people on the way out, they said it's always like this. Not a pleasant place to shop

It is not the best branch compared to others in the northwest. It can definitely be improved considering it is the only one in the region of Bolton.
