I brought my mum in to get her hair done, she had a lot going on with old box dye, grey hair grow out, and damaged ends. Despite it being super busy, Abi was super attentive and very thorough with the service. She did a fantastic job and gave good advice. Can't wait to book again.

Sadly not a comfortable,relaxed nor great experience for me.The salon had 2 hairstylists and a nice lady who did my eyebrows at 12:45. The lady lady who did my eyebrows was asked to wash my hair as they were busy and to ne honest others were waiting and they were asked to go and do a bit more shopping as they were behind and to come back!I sat down waiting for the stylist and didn't say anything to me after 20 minutes of sitting with wet hair until I said I was cold and uncomforablle! I asked for a dry towel at least and stood next to the heater.?: the wash of hair not great due to her having long nail?: Eventually after over 30 mins the stylist was!!!?: There was no consultation previous to my hair being washed as to what I wanted nor a hygene check of my hair before starting?: Heavy handed both brushing amd cutting?: Cutting was done when most of my hair was dry re the ends mostly?: Scratched my face with the brush'?: Pulled on strands of hair due to how she seperated my hair which looked like 2 year old had done it as it was all over the place and untidy?: drying and styling my head was pulled back and forth and side to side!! And she didn't seem to care nor say sorry or this is how her standards are!!!!This was my first and last visit and now I know why the price is cheaper than other salons!!!Unhappy Customer Jackie?????

Had a lovely experience as a hijabi here full privacy in the salon and Abi was great, gave a mini massage whilst washing and did a wonderful job on my hair. Would 100% recommend this place to others.

Had a lovely back, neck & shoulder massage on Thursday, I booked this because I had pulled my back out 12 days before & it wasn't getting any better - the lady has healing hands my back is perfect now, from the minute I left there, I was stunned. I would highly recommend them to anyone, nice, friendly & welcoming & I also have a pedicure booked in too. 5* review

Had a lovely massage, fully relaxed and felt therapeutic. Very professional feel. Only slight suggestion, may be room could be a little warmer for comfort, but that's just me. Other than that, overall experience was great. Will be booking another one very soon. Thank you. Hina
