Amazing experience at the entertainer bolton! Staff are really friendly and went out of their way to help me find a nemo squishmallow for my baby girl just in time for Christmas!! It meant a lot to me as my little girl was born with one arm so it needed to be nemo and it was out of stock in local areas! A lovely manager from the store brought it from another store so I could make Christmas special! Thank you so much & merry Christmas!!

I am absolutely outraged by the quality of the toys that you sell. I bought a doll not too long ago for my younger cousin and it broke up within 2 hours of her playing with it, whilst me supervising. I spent about £16.99 on such a bad quality doll! Do better!!
