The place is an absolute disgrace and Tesco should be ashamed of this function within it's store, a twenty minute wait to be spoken to is not uncommon even when there is no one else in the queue, when you are spoken to, you are not treated as a customer but rather as a nuisance, they then rummage around a very cluttered storage area for 20 minutes before finding part of your prescription only to tell you another item is out of stock, The manager of the pharmacy needs to be sacked forthwith.

Poor service, three people in dispensary yet no acknowledgment of me standing there when I only required advice on where to find an item.
Appreciate pharmacists are busy but an acknowledgment of presence would have been nice.

Rung several times no answer.
As a customer? my husband was addressed as ?pal ? rather than sir .
Young assistant struggled to get the other staff member to help him look for the prescription product and my husband was told they couldn?t order it ? asda offerd to order it from 1st phone call !

Quite literally the worst customer service. They never answer the phones, and despite several conversations in store about permissions in order for them to text or ring me when my prescription comes through, they never do.
My prescription has been sent back not once but SEVERAL times due to this lack of communication.
I?m so done with this service and it?s poor quality management, time to focus more on local pharmacies.

Don't always carry all of the medicines you need, but I can not complain other than this. Staff are friendly, and they tend to have my prescriptions ready within 2 days of asking for it at my G.P.'s. If they always had all of my meds in and available, I would give 5 stars.

the last 5 times I have collected a prescription here has taken the staff ages to find or only half of it was available so had to go back. I feel the pharmacy was run really efficiently until the last 6 months or so - think it has changed ownership.
please take a a look at your service and re-assess how you run it

I think it depends which staff you have on the day you go. One lady has been dealing with the customers for years now and is lovely and extremely efficient but she only appears once every so many weeks. But lately I have had to stand waiting, when they know you are there and one day after 15 minutes of waiting with 2 in front of me, who also had not been served, I went where they could clearly see me and shouted "Excuse me can someone serve us please". Then someone did actually move forward.

Awful. Will never use again. Staff ignore you and leave you standing there for over ten minutes not bothering to acknowledge your presence whilst they stand chatting. Can't even be bothered to have a pharmacist in store during their now massively reduced opening times so can't collect prescriptions until someone eventually decides to turn up for work at whatever time it suits them. When you complain to the store manager they shrug and walk away from you.
