Went to Deansgate Superdrug today, at the till we asked for NHS blue light discount. Cashier denied they do NHS blue light discount. However, websites contradict this and the Trafford Centre branch DID apply the discount. So it?s a ?? for the Bolton branch.

Is this branch trying to get itself closed down? I suppose one consolation from reading other comments is that their lousy customer service is nothing personal - the staff hate everyone and REALLY hate having to serve customers.

Customer service at this store is horrific and practically non- existent. Staff are SO unfriendly and unwelcoming. Was served by Denise who kept giving me dirty looks despite me smiling at her multiple times and wishing her a nice day. Training on being a decent and kind human being is clearly needed here. Very unpleasant experience and will not be shopping here again. Discriminatory behaviour. I will definitely discourage friends and family from shopping here also. Do better Superdrug.

Never enough staff on the tills here, why do they think people want to queue? Incredibly annoying buzzing speaker over the tills too.

Anja and Ella both incredibly rude to my mum when making a purchase. My mum asked for clarification on a promotional item. Anja was incredible rude, aggressive and discriminatory. She threatened not to honour the promotion on the product, bad mouthed us to her colleagues and other customers in front of us then threatened to not serve us all in the space of 60 seconds. My mum and I were even more puzzled by this! Complained to Superdrug via their WhatsApp service but no follow up yet.

Ginger haired woman with tattoos is incredibly rude. She has no customer service skills and speaks very rudley. Asked her for help and she rolled her eyes at me and said she's she doesn't know and that she's busy even though she was on her phone.

Worst customer services ever your staff really dnt know how to be polite and not embarrase the customers by speaking so loud and rudely honestly I was very close to call police on them ....your entire staff from supervisors to sales women's needs training big time..honestly I was so disgusted by the way they shout and be rude to their customers...

I were in this store
On 2nd of may in afternoon
I bought something and i was busy on my phone while billing , i was thinking to buy perfume so i asked the staff to serve next customer and then we go for perfume and as i was busy on my phone i bought something wrong so i went to get refund , and i was in queue and was waiting for to be served but when my turn came staff declined me to serve and told me to wait for another staff , and i asked for reason so her another colleague came and said you are Shouting and declined my refund.
