Whenever I order from here they always get it wrong. Sauce is all over the place and they give me the wrong type of salad and cookies (they don't care about allergies). They never answer the phone. It's a shame they're franchised because you don't know who to complain to. I worked for Subway for years at a different branch and I don't understand how they can get even the basics wrong.

Rude staff, was told store was closed when I had placed an online order to collect at 20:30 and arrived at 20:20 (Store is advertised open till 21:00 as stated on the front door and website).Ordered hot crinkly wedges that were cold. Sandwiches not toasted as requested on the online order. No cheese on either sandwich which was charged as an extra on my order. No store reference number on the reciept to be able to give feedback via subway website.I like Subway generally, but avoid this one if you're wanting the staff to give a toss.

Worst subway ever, everytime I order here there's always something wrong or missing, today I've order a take away with meal deal that included regular pepsi and chocolate cookie for my son which he never got and we paid for, on top of that he's autistic and something like this just causes a tantrum, if your staff doenst know what they are doing maybe it's time to start replacing people

I'm becoming a regular there now, midday sundays. Staff are always friendly and polite. Efficient too, never waiting too long, even during a rush. For someone with anxiety, it really puts me at ease.

Came in for a quick sub before work I previously went to subway in Salford precinct and was treated ridley so was put off subway but my fiance was hungry so I ended up having food to asked for the chicken teriyaki And got told it is not mixed now and I asked nicely and they took the time to make it up for me definitely be back again thanks to Alice Courtney and Aisha thanks very much a credit to the company #givethemaraise ??

Really disappointed with this Subway time after time they don't have items in. Not long ago went in and they had rubnout of bread at 14:00hrs ish... another time we did an unber eats, where again they had run out of bread, and substituted with a wrap (if i wanted a wrap I'd of ordered one, on another occasion they had run out of salad items, today there were no salad bows (tubs/boxes to put them in), we feel this one subway is very poorly managed. It's not hard to work out your stock levels.
