The new wrap dippers they do were absolutely awful the cheesy garlic slice was just very soggy bread with a minimal amount of cheese it was rushed and not a single thing was toasted like it should of been spent £32 to just be absolutely disappointed and feeling like I've been ripped off no care for the food what so ever or customers

Very very poor quality, ordered the Nacho cheese deal.One server running the store alone, super slow service.Cannot choose own salad on deals she said, can only be lettuce, tomato and southwest sauce - no consideration given to food allergens.Fizzy drinks only, cannot choose water or hot drinks on any meal deal.Photos show the burnt state, excessively burntNot recommended if you want edible food in a timely manner

Would never recommend this place to anyone they discriminate against staff, I joined them after being approached half way through eating just being told straight up "do you want a job here" that's it then I was working there I was then told first week is unpaid and was told they never employ boys as they apparently mess about but this will be a one off they said, this is discrimination in itself, I felt that was strange but agreed and worked for a full week then on the very last day was sent a text message saying to not come back how there apparently overstaffed however I walked past about a week later and had seen that another person was training up but a week later they had gone and a different person was, they are using people for free labour then right before the weeks over where they have to pay they cut them off and start again this is using people and now I have just been in to get a all milk hot chocolate witch I was taught how to make for customers and have ordered many times before but as it was someone I used to work with who even stated they know I used to work there, I was refused to be served this is now discrimination again bare in mid I was 16 at time of working here being used for free labour, this is a discussing company and will never ever recommend to anyone, I am reporting them to head office to get this sorted might even go to the press so more people find out about this horrendous company along with also knowing what they say about customers behind there backs in the backroom of the place its horrendous some of the things that they said about certain customers this place needs shutting down.

First, they did not have the bread. We wanted 9 grain wheat. Only one was left, and I had to get the other 2 italian.Had to compromise. My son with Downs wanted to try two different types of chicken. They said it would £3 extra. We were buying foot long sub. They could have put half and half of two varieties. No Disability friendly staff. I said for a vegetarian sub, which was on 9 grain wheat, no pickle, but other salads, please. Even mentioned I hate pickle which spoils the taste. They were running out of tomatoes and cucumber. She scrapped 4 tomatoes and 6 cucumber slices of the empty tub, halfway putting salad on my sub. She decides to change tomatoes tub with full filled one, not for me for future. Then she just slammed pickles on my sub. I told her no, please, I said no. She asked me if she could make a new sub, which I said no as they did not have another 9 grain wheat bread. She took pickles out, but 2 were still there when I had my sub. Horrible experience. The one near ASDA. I've never been there before and never going again.
