Went in today at around 3pm. I had around 4 online orders to collect, which took quite some time to get ready and I had an item missing. I?m not going to blame the staff that was present for the slow service, it seems this place was massively under staffed as 1 member of staff was having to deal with quite a lot.

Staff was joking and pretending to about to put cheese on my vegan sub - not sure what they said as they were speaking another language- I assume one eventually stopped or told the other to to stop joking about. As someone who is lactose intolerant, it was incredibly unprofessional and unappreciated. They also rolled their eyes and head when my friend order his sub which also had the vegan meatless steak, as if it was ridiculous that people wanted vegan subs. Very offensive.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan options. But no vegan cheese.

Poor Poor Poor standard that when ordering a take away salad you cannot provide a fork to eat it with ? Had I have been told before ordering and paying I would have opted for a sandwich or gone elsewhere. Tuna mayonnaise and grated cheese don't make for good finger food.

The food taste is great and same as normal. I eat food from many subway and many things I like the most are the food quality and main thing according to me is staff behaviour is friendly and they prepare you your meal in a proper way as it is the main part of any business. The problems with this subway which is on derby street bolton are the staff is not friendly and behave like there is only one food shop in bolton which is left and they make food with extra speed and they ask for ingredients very quickly even it is only one person which was me last time even before as well they are going to serve, while making sub they waste the salad and meat while putting on the sub due to extra speed. I have been there 4 to 5 time every time same thing happen. And one more thing is that on the till they did not ask single time that do you have any subway card as every subway ask this on the till. I hope next time I will find the better staff thanks.

I ordered through deliveroo and worst mistake I ever made!If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. I spent over £60.00 for nearly the whole of my order to be missing and the items I did receive had half of the salad missing and had been thrown into a box from a great height. I contacted the restaurant and was met with the attitude of oh my bad I forgot all those items and I was told that I needed to go and collect the missing items despite paying for the items to be delivered and then I was told to just get a refund from deliverooI was absolutely disgusted by the attitude of this restaurant and I would never order from these people ever againAbsolute rip off merchantsNEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF COMPLETELY!!!
