Went in as there was an offer on the subway app for buy one get one free 6 inch subs. I explained to the guy that I wanted the exact same thing so if he wanted to, he could just make a footling instead as it was easier. He then flat out refused to do the offer at all and rang his "manager" to confirm he couldn't do the offer. It's a subway store, I can scan the app yet the offer wouldn't adjust the price on their end even when he set it as 2 6 inch subs. Absolutely outrageous. I walked all the way from Bolton town centre as I had a late train and the one near the bus station was shut. Ridiculous service. Avoid this Subway.

Slowest service ever. Came for my dinner break and waited in line as a normal person but what wasn?t normal is the time they were taking to serve 3 people in front. It took a whole 20 minutes just to serve the people in front and by the time they were ready to serve me I had to go back to work because my break was over. Why hire such incompetent staff?

The guy was rude did not allow me to use my bluelight card which I am entitled to use in every subway! Also I ordered a foot long for my children and he charged me for 2 6inch because they wanted different salad in it!

Absolutely awful food I ordered from heret partner got a meatless Philly and they sent meat he?s a vegetarian and a Muslim been this way for years over a decade and they made him break this and literally commit a sin in his religion and it didn?t have no salad no sauce nothing just meat in bread also I got a bmt it tasted weird like it had been there for days and the meat tasted like it had been contaminated with raw meat, and as I am pregnant this caused me literally severe food poisoning due to cross contamination I ended up in hospital on a drip due to loss of liquids from severe throwing up and diarrhoea also I could?ve lost my baby as food poisoning when pregnant can be dangerous. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Think you need to teach the young lad how to fold a wrap. First one folded in the prep paper, so soggy broken paper broken off inside which i needed to pick put and the, second one folded up like a cinnamon swirl! Asked him to redo it twice and it just ended up the same, so had to sort myself when I got home!

Spent a tedious 25 minutes at the bus stop near the Subway waiting for the wretched 471, two of which turned up together - a not uncommon experience. Perhaps I could have spent the time more enjoyably inside the nearby Subway!
