Every single staff member is so lovely. They all work so hard. I?m a regular customer & they always remember my name & order. Drinks/food are always spot on. Quality of service is always perfect. Facilities are always kept tidy & clean. If it is a busy day, queues go down quickly. Best Starbucks in Bolton.

Visited the Middlebrook outlet on Sunday 15/08/24 @10:30. The staff yet again never fail to be abrupt and ignorant to serve you! This has been however many times I have been and to be honest I am annouyed that theres no customer service from ypur staff there!
I went to pay via google pay and it was declined and the girl rudely said it's declined and I needed to use the chip and pin.
I don't use my card that's the whole point of google pay and by the way my bank does not have a limit which I told her but was met with yes you do and you need the card?.
Well no I didn't as I work for the bank and I know that I didn't need the card!!!! (If you check with your bank as per terms and conditions you will know and the value you spend only varies with the retailer
I simply needed to activate my card to use!!!!
Please train your staff on how to speak to people and not try to be-little your customers in front of other people.
It would be nice to be welcomed and also not be ripped off with the cost of your coffees but I don't think that will happen anytime soon.
Not happy at all and my complaint will go further I can assure you.

Terrible service at Starbucks Horwich. My cortado was served in the most careless way, splashing it all over the saucer and no usual froth on top. This is happening for the second time, so will be changing to Costa next time

Came in to this Starbucks today. Was very quiet, but also relaxing and chilled out. Was served by girl with bright red hair. She was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. She brought my snack and drinks over really quickly and efficiently.
Also to add that the place was spotless, the food and drinks were fresh and delicious.
Overall, a very pleasant visit x

Called in for coffee today, coffee was fine as expected but I asked for a cup instead of takeaway paper cup..I was told they expected to be busy and was only giving out paper cups. They had eight staff on , you thought one of them could handle a dishwasher.When I queried it I was told by another staff member it was because of the football. So if you are going to lie to me can you please confer, agree a story and stick to it. The dismissive attitude of the first person was actually quite appalling, there was no manager available otherwise I would have mentioned my disappointment instead of writing this review.

Disappointing! Haven't been here for ages but it hasn't improved. Counter is now the wrong way round so you have to walk past the collection point, and the queue now blocks the way for staff to get in and out from behind the counter. Not thought through! Asked if they still did white chocolate mocha even though it was not on the menu. Monosyllabic assistant did provide me with one, but charged £4.70! Did he just make up a random price to see if he could get away with it??!! Drink did not taste like a white chocolate mocha used to. Poor all round - must be better places for coffee at Middlebrook than this!

here?s not much that can be said about Starbucks. They?re all pretty much the same. They all have the same qualities of excellent coffee and great customer service. In fact the only time I will write a review of a Starbucks is when things aren?t up to scratch. This particular branch of Starbucks is most definitely up to scratch in all the things that matter. The only thing I can say about this Starbucks is that they start the close down procedure way too early in the evening. Arrive an hour and a half before closing time and you will find chairs on tables. I know it makes things easier for the staff but it?s unsettling when half the tables have an upside down chair on them.
