Disappointing! Haven't been here for ages but it hasn't improved. Counter is now the wrong way round so you have to walk past the collection point, and the queue now blocks the way for staff to get in and out from behind the counter. Not thought through! Asked if they still did white chocolate mocha even though it was not on the menu. Monosyllabic assistant did provide me with one, but charged £4.70! Did he just make up a random price to see if he could get away with it??!! Drink did not taste like a white chocolate mocha used to. Poor all round - must be better places for coffee at Middlebrook than this!

here?s not much that can be said about Starbucks. They?re all pretty much the same. They all have the same qualities of excellent coffee and great customer service. In fact the only time I will write a review of a Starbucks is when things aren?t up to scratch. This particular branch of Starbucks is most definitely up to scratch in all the things that matter. The only thing I can say about this Starbucks is that they start the close down procedure way too early in the evening. Arrive an hour and a half before closing time and you will find chairs on tables. I know it makes things easier for the staff but it?s unsettling when half the tables have an upside down chair on them.

The service and drinks where fine, the issue was that how filthy and dirty the place was. Empty Cups on nearly every table and crumbs all over the floor. Shame on you!

Arrived here at 19:20 to sit down and have a drink of coffee before our film started at 20:45. Being as the closing time is 20:30 we thought this was perfect. To our disappointment we were told we could only have our drinks in takeaway cups. I showed the server my blue light card expecting to get my 10% discount. Only to be charged more than the actual price of the 2 drinks. When ordering on the app the drink price for both is £8.75, I was charged £8.80 with my blue light discount. Now I'm not the best at math but surely I should have been charged £7.87 for them. I also don't appreciate the dragging of outside tables into the store an hour before closing. We were not able to have a decent conversation because of the noise. Also the poor lady that was cleaning up was left to lump all of the tables in her own whilst the 2 male members of the team faffed behind the counter. To top it off whilst we were trying to drink our drinks the lady was sweeping up 45 minutes before closing, surely that should be done after closing due to dust particles getting into customers drinks. Needless to say we left to go and sit in our car as we could not put up with the service customers were being given.

Queue as always. Waited around 10 minutes for a drink once the order had been placed. Made me laugh though, as they had a little stand with sale items on them, and the staff member was laughing to himself because they were still overpriced for a small cup. ?

We pop in often before the cinema and mostly it's good. Normally busy with a few people in the queue.Last visit was painful the girl making coffees was doing one at a time....which was taking a while.I've never seen a barista do this, even now they are bean to cup machines it didn't help. She literally looked like her dog had been run over while waiting for the coffee to pour staring off into the distance. There was 9 drinks before my 2 so it was a fair wait.

Had to ask for table to be cleaned noticed no_one doing this. Was not given the option of having a mug even though we were sitting in. Person who cleaned the table was heard by my partner waiting for the coffee to say that there were only a few crumbs on the table and grumbling about being asked to. This was not the case _ would you eat at a dirty uncleaned table where food and drink being served. Would have thought since covid that cleanliness would be a high priority??? There were 6 people working behind the counter. No one was out cleaning table after use yet people stood behind the counter not doing a lot.

They have updated the whole shop which is really nice staff are helpful. It's clean. The food options aren't as good as other place but still OK.Being able to order there is the app is great too.

Nice store with great staff. Counter is the wrong way round meaning that you need to walk past the collection point to order your coffee. Toilets are hidden away in the back right corner of the shop.

The refurb looks amazing, I used to love going to this Starbucks, the staff were always so friendly, welcoming and polite. So I've given 2 stars and that's mostly for the refurb, my coffee was ok but rushed. The current staff were terrible, zero customer service, zero people skills, curt abrupt questions like I was disturbing him in a rush hour, no please, no thank you. Second order was just as bad, (Jenna) shocking attitude and leaning all over the till like she couldn't be bothered, she did say thank you at least but she had a face that could sour the milk in my coffee, looks like she could do with a good wash as well I should add and the dirty looks from her while standing around chatting behind the counter. The vibe given off was like a college canteen. I will be checking before I go in to make sure those 2 aren't working there. Not a good experience at all.
