Staff there couldn't care less. Just stood around at the entrance. No welcome & when you ask for something they act really put out. Instead of reccomending to buy online from them or offering alternatives in store - they'll just direct you to their competitors. Missed out on £300 of sales which went straight to JD who were amazing , friendly & helpful!

Ver slow service, one person on till and that person insisted on taking each hanger off individual and putting on the track behind, as I knew when my time was coming to 'help' take off the hangers! Flip speed up!

If I could give zero stars, then I would. Had the most bizarre experience in the fitting rooms I think I?ve ever had. When I asked to try on two swimming costumes the fitting rooms were seriously questionable. The fitting rooms barely covered me (at 5ft 5), with the metal doors leading straight onto the shop floor, I ended up getting changed directly behind the tiny door to reserve the very little dignity that I had left. All of this was after the only way I was permitted to use the abysmal fitting rooms was to hand over my handbag (what on earth), I was told that it was company policy and that the manager would be watching the colleague to check this was done (again, what!!!??). I was made to feel very uncomfortable and the whole experience has me sworn to never return, what kind of shop is this!?

LIARS? made a purchase today, was told no plastic bags, need to buy a £3 bag for life. Came back 30 mins later to exchange something to see the same woman serving somebody else and giving them plastic bags. I?m fully aware it?s only a bag, but this just sums up the Mike Ashley Sports Direct attitude to customers.

This review is for Aaron... fantastic cutomer care ? Aron realised that I was struggling with a shoe and jumped in to help. I think I wouldn't have bought that shoe if he won't sugget heal support and help me try it. I genuinely felt being looked after today and bought the shoes I really liked.

Worst service. Stood around, not even busy and when my 11yr old was asking the staff if they had football boots in, they were sighing and abrupt. Like they really didn't wanna be there. Its like this every time we go in! Does the job interview say you must not want to help customers?! ?
