I have got my glasses from here for the last 10 years. The staff are always really helpful i helping me to choose my glasses. They are always very helpful, patient and professional and I always feel comfortable buying my glasses from them, knowing I will get a pair that I am happy with and fit well.

Absolutely appalling service !!!!
I ordered my father?s hearing aids a month ago and was told they would be ready in a week. After 2 weeks with no word , I called only to be told they ?were lost in the post?and they would order another set straight away.
Since they come by courier I find that hard to believe!!!!
I was then told the second set would arrive in a week, after calling them the following week I was told they had been dispatched (by courier) by the manufacturer and would be with them the following week . Rang this week and was again told they had not arrived and not yet been dispatched!
I am sick of being lied to . They are aware that my father has severe dementia and desperately needs his hearing aids. This is causing him to be even more isolated and stressed and it is so upsetting not to be able to communicate properly with him . It is seriously affecting his quality of life.
If this company cannot fulfill its orders then the NHS need to look elsewhere as it is causing unnecessary distress to people!!!

Went in today to Order my new Variafocal Glasses after putting it off for 2 weeks. I suffer with Vertigo and feel anxious over choosing new glasses particularly the Variafocals needed for work. Huge thank you to Sammie who made this a very easy task. Sammie sorted me out, didn't react when started to get nervous and explained things more than once in a very professional but straight forward way. I always get great service here including my eye test which i had done 2 weeks ago. The staff are lovley in a very busy working environment. Sammie you have excellent customer service skills and I really appreciated your support today.

The worst opticians I had to deal with. All they want is to charge you and get rid of you as soon as possible. It feels like a conveyor belt, no personal service. I have paid for my toric lenses prescription and test, they have never called me back when lenses arrived until it was too late.

Over all very good!
Unfortunately it seriously was cringe worthy watching staff explaining how a person should put lenses in!
Making the whole process so complicated for a new wearer.
I mentioned to staff informed times change, my reply making putting the lenses in as easy as possible is key! Times have changed totally irrelevant.
