I have got my glasses from here for the last 10 years. The staff are always really helpful i helping me to choose my glasses. They are always very helpful, patient and professional and I always feel comfortable buying my glasses from them, knowing I will get a pair that I am happy with and fit well.

Absolutely appalling service !!!!
I ordered my father’s hearing aids a month ago and was told they would be ready in a week. After 2 weeks with no word , I called only to be told they “were lost in the post”and they would order another set straight away.
Since they come by courier I find that hard to believe!!!!
