I don't like leaving negative reviews, but then I don't think I should have to hide what I have to say either. I stopped using this lady's services around a year and a half ago, the reason being is that I feel that she overbooks more customers than she can actually take on, which means that those customers with appointments will be left waiting around at her salon for 20 min to half an hour or sometimes even longer just waiting for her to finish up with the previous ones. And this lady never apologised either for all the time that I had wasted just waiting around. I have had over 20 treatments done with her ranging from waxing, ipl and threading and 80% of the time in spite of arriving on time for my appointment, I was left waiting around for around half an hour or sometimes longer because this lady had squeezed in too many other customers before me.Also what really put me off as well was I noticed that this lady would allow walk ins for eyebrow threading, and it seemed quite obvious that these people were just walking in because most would say have you got time to see me or should I come back, or can you do my eyebrows etc. And she would often oblige and say yes to me whilst I was waiting for my appointment and knowing that she was already late seeing me.So when I once came as a walk in for eyebrow threading, this lady turned me away and said she couldn't fit me in. I then abruptly said to her, but you have allowed eyebrow walk ins all the time when I was here for my appointments even to the point of delaying my appointment. She then looked shocked and said that's because those customers rang me beforehand. This is absolute nonsense because these customers did not ring her before to ask, and she knows it.The fact that I was hardly ever seen on time and most times wasted so much of my time waiting around for this lady to finish up with people who had simply walked in one or two minutes before my appointment, or people that she had very likely overbooked by offering them the same time slot as me, is unacceptable. Finally I also noticed that she charges people different rates for the same treatments. She once had a customer who came in for eyebrow threading and got a discount. Then Shireen turned around and told me, oh thats because she gives me a discount at her shop.I did not find her to be honest or professional in her dealings with me as a customer, so I never went back after that day she refused to see me as a walk in.

My response to "You was given aftercare advice from myself and shown your treatment after and no blood was ever drawn from your face! If you have a problem pop in anytime this week to discuss further as I can help if you have an issue with your service.Regards":The only 'aftercare' advice you gave me was to avoid wearing makeup for 24 hours, is that what you call aftercare advice? Also, I have been to many different salons and after every treatment they have given me a mirror in my hand to show me the treatment. You did not even give me a mirror!! Why are you lying? You know very well you left deep scratch marks on my face, you made a mistake, you should have informed me of this! How can you even say no blood was drawn from my face when I saw blood marks on my face when I returned home? Also these deep scratches have formed into scabs which further proves that blood was indeed drawn from my face. You have not even apologised, I work in customer service and I know that when a customer is not satisfied or if they have a complaint the first thing you should do is apologise! Very unprofessional service! Not happy at all. Your response is horrible and you are denying everything!I visited this place yesterday for a full face and neck wax. I definitely would not recommend.As well as leaving some hairs on my face, I have also been left with deep scratch marks on my face and under my chin. This was never pointed out to me, until I got home I noticed I had blood on my face. Also after leaving the salon I have been in a lot of pain.

Pretty poor service honestly. Booked via treatwell, appointment was available online so thought it was all good then Shireen called me to say it wasn?t free due to other bookings, childcare issues blah blah, didn?t apologise, spent over 10 mine trying to fit a day in or have the appointment over two days, finally agreed then out of nowhere she just cancels the list expensive part of it via treatwell, no call or text. I then had to message her myself to ask her to cancel my other bookings. I think this is appalling behaviour from a business woman, you let me down, didn?t communicate then made me fight for my money resulting in me not being able to book elsewhere because you kept it booked for so long likely knowing you weren?t going to honour it. I would never ever book to go there again and would not recommend it at all as even if you spend a great deal of money like me, your customer service is not valued at all and her mistakes will be your fault.
