I am disabled and forced to go to my branch in order to release my money and show id. They won't allow me to use email to send evidence. So I will have to risk it using my walking frame to attend branch.. This does not happen with my bank or other financial services who will allow me to carry out all this over the phone or email. Santander are stuck with an outdated protocol and a rubbish customer service. Nil point!!

I'd have left zero stars if I could. Absolute disgrace. All the local branches closed so had the misfortune to travel here and wait 45 mins with 20+ other customers to be seen by the single member of staff on the counter. Balance now transferred out to First Direct.

Worst bank in Bolton ! Have to take my grandma in every 2 weeks. Only 1 person serving and forced to wait over 30 minutes everytime. She doesn?t want to change banks because of her age but the place is disgusting. More staff just walking around. I?m personally with Halifax and have no problems

The number of cashiers have now been reduced to 3 kiosks with only one serving. An astronomical queue of people waiting to be served. Nearly half an hour waiting. Just ridiculous. Not everyone wants online banking.

Went in store today to speak to customer services to do a name change. Waited 90 minutes, was not
Even acknowledged to be told there was a wait. Once I asked how long the wait would be I was told three times someone is coming now. Once I finally got fed up I decided to leave the rude customer service guy had to open the door as for some reason it was closed daint ever speak. No apology for the wait or even to say bye! No one is answering their phones. I have gone on chat line , I have written all my details.then had to repeat them.I was put through to a technician . repeated again the £1 fee is not a problem , I then had to fill a form. I refuse to do this , just because Santader are not answering phones I sm very disappointed, I have always been happy with Santsnder. I think it is now time to look for somewhere more helpful.?

First time going there as I was there for another reason. I was seen by a young brown hair girl who worked in customer service at her desk behind the screen. maybe by the name of Tina but felt she made it up as her badge could not be seen in the angle she was sitting and I was on her right side. I asked for help with a dispute and made me feel she was helping me and I was with my 8yr old boy who has special needs, so was harder to get the right attention as she knew I was distracted by my son. She advised me I will receive an email regarding my dispute but i felt already she did nothing to help and gave me false hope. days had gone by nothing. She fobbed me off so she can finish her shift as I was there just before 5. Unfortunately, I live in Central Manchester not easy to go back and complain on this young girl as I felt let down .

Been on a weekday -2pm. Waited until 3pm for one of the customer services to deal with a fairly simple issue.Although the staff were polite, extremely slow and asked me to come back another day since it was after 3pm and the bank closes !Very disappointed.
