Used to be good, but all helpfull staff have left. Been replaced by rude, unhelpfull people who don't want to serve the public.

staff to interested in talking to each other on their ear pieces to listen to what we were asking. 3 times we asked for a bag and a lottery ticket still didnt get either until he finished putting the shopping through. then paid again for a bag then again for a ticket. then he ran off to hear what the customers in front were saying to his colleague. no wonder there's never anyone in with staff like this

What an unhelpful, miserable, arrogant supervisor we have just had the misfortune of dealing with. Has no customer service skills whatsoever. Thank goodness the lady who was serving was a lot more helpful.

Horrible old lady she accuses me of stealing all the time even though i clearly haven't all the items i do not wanna buy i put back on the shelf right in front of her then she comes up to me asking if ive stolen anything i say no and she continues to ACCUSE me of such nonsense beware of her and don?t take this hate from her. She is the only one who does this and i dont know what her problem is i come to this shop daily and never have problems when shes not around, i would feel much happier and safer if she was spoken to about jumping to such obscene conclusions.

Stood next in line to be served. The customer in front for one reason or another was taking a long time at the checkout, which is fine. However the other 2 staff members behind the til who saw me waiting decided to ignore me and carry on with what they were doing rather than serve me. Plenty of other staff knocking about too. Decided to leave the shopping and left the place. Surely stop what you're doing and see to the customer? After 9 years visiting this store, the co-op round the corner just gained a new regular customer.

Very strange exchange with a young staff member.
One server at the till, clearly becoming frustrated with a customer who was holding up.other shoppers.
I enquired of the first staff member if she serving. She was clearly unhappy as to the question.
Has the audacity to suggest I was having a bad day.
What on earth has happened to customer service.
She let the store down. Usually have a really good experience with older more experienced staff

Sainsburys local is ok to buy a few things , but I would never do a large shop there as there are other supermarkets that offer a better choice at much lower prices, but for the odd thing or two I guess it's fine,

Sainsbury's is such a good supermarket with safe Covid measures and cheap deals. Sainsbury's is joint 1st place in my favourite supermarkets. Plus my sister always pecks for sweets and they do these big sweet packets. They only supermarket that is just as good is Tesco. Which is my other fave supermarket. So. To recap. Sainsbury's or should I say. Sainsbury's Local is a great lil supermarket. They have some strict Covid measures also and have some great deals. This is a great place to do some small food shopping for in the week. I highly recommend shopping here. As long as ur not after too much. If that is the case then just go up to Tesco Extra in Middlebrook. Ok Ive covered pretty much everything. That's it.
