The ambiance was soothing, setting the perfect tone for my massage and facial. The staff were incredibly professional, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was seamless. The massage was expertly executed, melting away tension and leaving me feeling rejuvenated by the wonderful Leeanne. The facial was equally impressive, leaving my skin glowing and refreshed. Overall, it was a very good and relaxing experience that I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a pampering escape.

So Safiyas retreat are having a Ramadhan Detox package where it involves face, feet and body pamper, I will include their advertisement leaflet what it includes.To start off I was waiting 15 minutes to be taken in which meant me and my friend did not get to experience this together, for a one minute foot soak and one minute foot scrub. I timed this well, to then wait for another 15 minutes to be taken inside for the massage, facial and the foot mask etc. I was falling asleep waiting for the woman to come in and proceed with my massage. Where do I start off with this ?massage?? I laughed hysterically to my friend as this was not a massage at all, my body got scrubbed and wiped down, with the towel that fell on the floor twice which at the end of the service the lady was re using the towels for the next client. Don?t get me started on this, as at the end of the massage when I went home my friend and I cleaned our face and found towel dirt and had to shower after this ?detox?. The woman did not appear to be a trained masseuse, rubbed oil on my body briefly and applied cream on my face. I did not get this face mask, I did not get this massage and the only decent thing was the foot clay mask and the thermal heat treatment as it was so cold in that room, that?s the only thing kept me warm. That procedure lasted 45 minutes in total, alongside keeping me waiting for 30 minutes. This was not worth £41 and was not a 70 minute detox. False advertisement and false promise. Also the little woman in the reception, went behind the desk and was swearing at someone on the phone calling him a ?bastard ? and telling them to ?stop speeding and driving her car? so unprofessional and such untrained staff to represent a business. I wondered why I never re visited safiyas retreat after my previous experience years ago which was mid awful.

Was greeted warmly by staff, I had a lovely therapist named Leanne who was beyond friendly and accommodating.Loved the whole vibe. Would definitely recommend Can?t wait to revisit soon!

I don't normally leave reviews but I was blown away by treatment yesterday. My friend had treated me with with a 10 step package.Sabra was my therapist.And I honestly cannot praise this girl enough. I had suffered with a shoulder problem for months Sabra noticed i had a problem straight away with me even telling her.i heft with my shoulder so much more relaxed and looser and woke up thisMorning with more movement ive had in a while I am so very greatful ? I haven't stopped raving about my treatment and will definitely be booking in again and would request to be seen by Sabra.Much love thank you ?

Went for a pamper package today and loved it. The place was clean and everyone was professional. My therapist was Wa-wa and she was brilliant, I thoroughly enjoyed the treatments. I will definitely be back to try the spa facilities. Won't be going to any other spas!

Great experience for me and my friends! We booked in advance for the full relaxation pamper, priced at £60 for a 15 step treatment. The team at Safiya?s retreat filled out forms and asked for information about our health and any skin issues/concerns. Was greeted warmly by staff, I had a lovely therapist named Sabra, who was beyond friendly and accommodating. Would certainly recommend for female only spa and treatment. Reasonably priced and street parking is also available. Can?t wait to revisit soon!

It was my first time visiting Safiya's Retreat today for intimate waxing; my therapist was called, Dimple, she was reassuring, attentive, and very speedy. I would definitely recommend visiting Safiya's.
