I went into river island today. I wanted to buy a dress with a life style card. One of the young girls in the shop was exceptional. It took over an hour to sort out because the life style card did not reveal all the numbers. After trying so hard to sort this out she rang life style card company. They helped her and she managed to sort the problem out. She could have easily gave up but she didn't she was brilliant. I was able to purchase my garment. I sm 68 years old and I can honestly say she had the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. She smiled very pleasent and so helpful. She was small built and had hair tied back and pretty. I would like her to be recognised by her manager. I offered to buy her chocolate or wine and she said no it's my job. She was exceptional .

Could be bigger wish they could swap places with like the 20 unnecessary furniture shops on the other side that have 2 floors but still has a decent selection saves me time going all the way to bolton prices pretty pricey but it is river island
