Location is bad, could?ve been closer to somewhere better this is basically in the middle of nowhere besides a decently long walk to middlebrook. Staff are kind and room is alright. Overall 4* from me. Could?ve easily been 5 if it was in a better locationRooms: Comfortable and warm! tv and space for console (Xbox, PlayStation, firestick, Nintendo)to be plugged in. fan included and not to mention the hair dryer outside the bathroom for some reason. Kettle and tea/coffee is provided aswell. Pretty good beds and a lot of spots to charge devices.Nearby activities: Middlebrook (where everything fun is) is a far walk away. If you have a car then it?s very close. Middlebrook has a bowling alley with an arcade and multiple food places.Safety: Very kid safe and older people safe.Food & drinks: The restaurant attached was full of good food both hot and coldNoteworthy details: The wifi is pretty bad, the bathrooms are super nice

The staff were extremely helpfull and friendly. I stayed for 4 nights but was only allowed to have my foom cleaned once. I was given clean towels at reception The room appeared clean on arrival but the cleaner had omitted to clean upa big clump of hair underneath the desk .. I at first thought it was a stain on the carpet.Having said that the beds are extremely comfortable.

Great nights sleep. Nice and modern rooms. What you need after a long day's workRooms: Rooms are large and clean. Warm with controllable headers. Bath and shower.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here , it started with the receptionist very helpful pleasant and friendly , the room was very spacious clean and warm , the bed was very comfortable I had a brilliant nights sleep , I will definitely stay here

Very badThe worst hotel I have ever stayed in.Wifi is so slow, it can?t open anything at allRooms are cold some timesI have checked in and they gave me a room which I didn?t like, I have complained about the shower as the water is very slow in this shower but they said they don?t have any other rooms to move me which Idk how true that is

Clean comfy room, great staff great all you can eat breakfast, all at a reasonable price.Would stay there again and would recomend to anybody no problem.

Such a comfortable bed, I had to check the label for future reference! Lovely night's sleep. Nice shower. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Conveniently located off the motorway but handy for town and back on the road. Not a bad price for this level of comfort and convenience.

Just had a couple of nights here. Use this quite a but as it is so convenient for family visits and close to motorway. Service is brilliant staff especially Adele are fab and when I get home Adele I will give you three rings.
