A woman called Ella works here, thinks it?s OK to speak to older women (old enough to be her mum) terribly, rush them and refuse to serve them if they take too long. Next time I?m in here I?ll be having some very choice words. If there?s one thing I absolutely can?t and won?t deal with - it?s bullies. Looking forward to our chat Ella.

I visit this post office all the time with my daughter who posts lots of parcels. The post office workers always greet us with a smile and are friendly and helpful. Thank you :)

They offer a wide range of services, parcel pick ups & returns, Pay in or withdraw money from your bank, passport & driving licence applications, Always a helpful, friendly service. Often have to queue for 5 mins or more but as it's the only post office within a 2 mile radius, that's no surprise

Brilliant supermarket. Larger than most co-ops around. The staff always seem to be friendly and you can always find what you are looking for or a suitable alternative if out of stock Post Office is useful

Love it! So convenient. Though if you have a large car, manoeuvring in and out of the parking bays can be awkward. Bigger than a convenience store, not quite big enough to fit today's image of a supermarket but there in lies its charm. Has everything you could want, such a large range for the floor space but prices are higher than the larger supermarkets hence not getting 5 stars. Great for popping in for forgotten items but too expensive for a full weekly shop. A real bonus is the in store bakery, I highly recommend their French sticks and rolls.

5 for convenience, 4 for choice and 3.5 for value - I'll round that to a 4 Ok so yes it's slightly weird that I'm reviewing a co-op and giving it a solid 4 stars but there's nothing really not to like! To start with its so conveniently located for me that I can walk, drive, jog, roll or skip there in minutes and always be pretty certain that they'll have what I need. Yes it's a supermarket but how many times have you been food shopping and they've not had the right brand of soup or the right type of cheese? Often right? Well I've literally never had that experience here and I've been coming here over 15 years! Final point: value. Note I say value not price, because there is a difference! The coop isn't the cheapest option you have for your shopping, yet it comes with a certain quality, a quality that most products, I'm prepared to pay a couple of pence more for! Right, boring coop review over - back to your day fine sir (Madame)!

A good sized Co-op, bigger than most, although not as big as some, (Ramsbottom for example). Also located within this co-op is a post office. I find some staff to be friendly and helpful, while others are not, perhaps a bit of customer service training is needed. The prices are quite expensive, I certainly wouldn't do my weekly shop in here, but it is ideal for getting the things you may have ran out of or forgotten. Sometimes it can be worth getting more than essentials, especially when offers are on. They now do a scheme, a bit like a Tesco clubcard, but instead of points (like with Tesco) you get actual money, I think it is like being a shareholder. A good incentive.

A small supermarket neatly organised and crammed with all your grocery needs The local post office is also operating from inside this store in the heart of bromley cross.. staff are keen to help, many offers available, parking is too

A bigger than usual Co-op, in Bromley Cross. This store tends to have all the basic essentials you might need for a top up shop. It has a limited range of magazines and never seems to have many newspapers left in the afternoons but otherwise never seems to be low on stock. There are always staff about restocking and tidying the shelves, this means the shop floor is always clean and if a customer cant find something there is an assistant around to help out. There are rarely more than two assistants on tills so when its busy there can be a short wait to be served but never more than a couple of minutes. The car park is small and cramped which makes parking awkward no matter how busy it is and the location of a pedestrian crossing on the road next to it can make getting out of the carpark a lengthy process.
