I have been using this post office for a very long time and honestly everyone who works there especially the older man and Yasin are extremely helpful and will go out of there way to help anyone it?s a pillar of our community .Carry on with the fantastic job and caring for all .

I have been visiting Deane Post Office for a number of years. The staff are exceptional. Yas provides an honest 2nd to none approach always offering to help and provide best as well value for money for postage. Also, offer great rates for money! My go to when I go abroad! They listen, care and their customer service is excellent no doubt! Keep it up and thank you for the support / service over the years!

Deane Road post office is excellent, I would travel there rather than using the one near my house. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and will do anything to help.

Best post office in Bolton, does everything the main post office apart from driver licence renewal, and no car parking charges at this office.

The old chap who runs the place is an ignorant old timer with no manners at all. He barks at you when speaking and tries to be a comedian with what he passes as wit. I've never seen such a clueless individual , the post office also lacks alot of service . Every time you go in he barks out "you can't do that here" hinting on that you need to go to another Post Office. There are always big queues because the old guy is so slow . The younger lad isn't too bad no complaints about him

2 asian men in post office. Got served by the younger asian man. Beyond rude. I had to return a freepost parcel and i asked for a receipt and he replied you want everything for free, your already sending freepost. I was just so taken aback. I then returned and said sorry its a proof of postage receipt i want as the parcel has expensive contents and it says i can request that. He then said in rude manner its pointless and asked is it insured. I said no. He goes well no point but il give it with bad attitude. I said nicely if i have receipt i can claim with paypal. And he said no you cant. Seriously clueless. I said why are you so rude its unnecessary and he said dont tell me what to do.I then decided to take my parcel back on way out (didnt trust he wouldnt tamper with it) and as i was going out he goes hey can i have receipt back. I threw it on floor to give him taste of his medicine. What a muppet.

Rude and unhelpful. My e mail says tracked parcel has arrived at Deane Post Office. Its not there. Dont know whose fault it is not got to the bottom of it. Rude, unhelpful and chaotic. Theyre not interested in being helpful.

I have started to use this Post Office on the recommendation of a family member after receiving a bad experience at my local Post Office. Although its a little further for me to travel, it is worth it for the excellent customer service you receive and friendly chat whilst your waiting. Yasin Patel is in particular very friendly and puts through my parcels at an incredible speed even when there is a queue, nobody is left a long time waiting. The little car park at the side of the Co-op always has available spaces.
