They try to charge you for the most expensive option. I handed them a small letter (2nd class signed delivery) and they charged me for a large letter. Even though the envelope was smaller than my hand and weighed less than 100grams. Why cheat people out of their money?

Stated it was open on a Saturday from 9am - 1pm. Turned up at 9.15am and it was closed, came back at 10.30am and it was still closed. Absolutely shocking

Do not use this post office, I was given completely wrong information regarding tracked delivery services. Apparently there's only the most expensive one and they wouldn't change as this was "the only tracked service" that being special delivery before 1pm.Which after researching, this is incorrect and I have been mislead into believing this, with false information for upselling.24hour service which was not offered,48hour service which was not offered,48hour service with signature was not offered.I can go on...If you bother to be reading this, which I very much doubt. I will be complaining to post office regarding your shop as I was mislead into the upsale with false information.Avoid this terrible shop.
