Major influx of customers at the end of the Wanderers match, so service naturally slowed up a lot.

We had to wipe crumbs, etc, off the seats on arrival. Nobody came back to take our, so we ordered online. When the food came, they literally dropped the pizzas on the table and dissappeared. We asked for additional serving plates. They were never bought over, only the side dishes. The blackcurrant juice cordial serving bottle was empty and not replaced after asking.
Would we go back? No.
Recommend? No.
Eighty quid for nice enough food, but poor service.

Waste of money and a waste of time, Pizza was awful with hardly any cheese and sauce and cremated pepperoni, the sides were just as bad with the garlic bread only having 2 grams of cheese on each piece, the bacon loaded bits burnt to a crisp I could taste the pigs ancestors, the best things about the place was the free unlimited nachos and potato salad. Well not worth the money or time.

Service was good, food was ok. Not really worth the price to be honest. Over 3 quid for a bottle of water is ridiculous. Only went for convenience and won't be in a mad rush to go back, many better places to eat for the same prices.

The food was good quality wise but the prices are just ridiculous for a pizza for an adult but the kids deal they had on was great value. The biggest problem was that it was absolutely freezing in there. We all had to keep our coats on the whole time we were there, not comfortable to sit and eat a meal at all. Couldn't get out of there fast enough once we'd eaten. The staff were lovely though.

Food was good but the experience wasn't, had to order online which was a nightmare then all food was at different times and had to go ask for dessert and spoons, service was not great but one guy did try and help.

Parking: Retail park carpark maybe not many spaces close to pizza hut but there are plenty of spaces around

Normal pizza buffet what was surprising was how much effort the staff put in to look after a gluten free member of our party

The service was great our server came over took are order and didn?t take long atall to get here and it?s a nice relaxing atmosphere I overall had a pleasant experience

I always love a Pizza Hut, always good food and this branch delivered with that BUT the service was not great - we had a voucher we wanted to use and the waiter said they would come back and apply it when we ordered but it took quite a while for them to come back so we just ordered online because we were heading to a movie afterwards and the deals they had were about the same as if we used the voucher anyways. Then the only other time anyone came to our table was to bring our meal, we were in quite a far corner of the restaurant to be fair but there were about 3 other people in there so it wasn?t like you wouldn?t notice us or have time to visit the table. We spent a lot of time waiting for someone to even come into the section of the restaurant we were in to be able to call them over for things, I ended up having to go find someone which isn?t the end of the world but it?s nice to have at table service and not have to go looking to service. Anyways long story short we were late for our movie but my husband got a free dessert out of it because they messed one up so that?s nice.
