I organised a pamper package as a gift for a family member from New Zealand. The team at Pellis $ Co were amazing to deal with from start to finish, great communication, prompt responses, answered all my questions and even hand delivered the gift voucher. Highly recommend A+

It was fabulous. I'm very fussy regarding getting treatments and I would say, even my heart says"yeahhh there u go girl." Norin is fabulous.Perfect understanding of all concerns that I discussed with her and knows very well what to do. I am permanent Pellis and Co customer now. Fantastic experience with Noreen who did my hydra facial and manicure / pedicure. Really made me feel comfortable and really professional service. Ensured my guest was also kept pampered whilst waiting for my treatments to be done. Will definitely come again and recommend to others. Thank you!

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at Pellis & Co as a regular Botox client. Upon discussing my experiences with family and friends, I've learned that reputable clinics typically offer a follow-up or top-up service. Unfortunately, this was not extended to me, or discussed during my visits.I am genuinely disappointed that I paid the full price for a service that did not include the expected follow-up or top-up.I have decided not to continue to use Pellis & Co for my future aesthetic needs.

Fantastic service, Kath was very kind and informative and helped me with a skin consultation following a fantastic lemon bottle treatment (which was done pain free) taking into account my skin problems.I feel confident that Kath will help me fix my face concerns as I expressed my concerns that I have after poorly done filler from a previous practitioner in a different clinic. Kath came up with a detailed process to help me with my facial concerns to rectify my previous filler and help me gain my confidence back! I have all of my treatments at pellis & co, the treatments vary from hydrafacial and soprano titanium laser hair removal which is the best thing ever. Recently I have started lpg for some scarring that I have too. I am on both ZO and Obagi skin care from pellis and co too which I love.
