Visited your Trinity St store last night with my daughter and granddaughter.

I visited your Bolton Trinity store on Sunday morning.
Usually, the staff are helpful, welcoming and chatty, however, a blonde haired, older lady was less than helpful when I asked about stock availability.
This lady seemed like it was all too much trouble to help me and brushed me off ?.
Other staff are not like this at Peacocks.
I buy regularly online and instore, so am a regular customer.

I went into peacocks yesterday (17th Dec) . And I can honestly say the lady behind the till was the most pleasant, friendly, helpful person I have ever been served by in any shop, and the fact that it's the most stressful time for retail staff the week before Christmas makes this lady even more special. It was a pleasure to shop there.
