I came in for just a glance at the sale and ended up leaving with eight jewellery boxes and three rings! I was served by a very pretty blonde girl who I?m sure was called Victoria. She made me feel very welcome in Pandora and guided me through everything I bought.I will definitely come back to be served by her!

I went into the bolton store today to exchange a bracelet for a smaller size and to see if I could swap a charm. The young girl who assisted me with this was very helpful indeed. Her name was Vicky. I was undecided on a different charm and even though I mithererd her daft, she couldn't have been more helpful than she was. She deserves more than 5 stars for her helpful attitude and the professional customer service she provided. Thanks again vicky for making my experience a positive one. Sarah ?
