Visited the store recently to update my contract. Ryan attended to my requests in a professional and friendly manner. He listened to my challenges and spoke in a simple, tongue, permitting me to understand in my own way.
I trusted Ryan?s recommendation and left truely satisfied with the service, knowledge and new purchases.

There were three problems with this store the first offering a phone for upgrade then to be told I couldn't have the phone . To then my daughter being told her phone was broken Ann's couldn't have an upgrade . We then took her phone to apple shop to be told it was perfectly fine and o2 in trafford center found it to be fine ..rang to complain only to be phone back by a VERY rude and arrogant assistant/manager . Think the store need more training in more than one way in manners and customer service

I went into the O2 Bolton shop today to ask for help because my Samsung S22 charging port had gone faulty. Lee the Manager was a pleasure to meet and he just fixed it for me there and then free of charge. I would highly recommend that you visit and buy from this shop, superb customer experience.

Have a girl with hijab. (Don?t know her name, asking questions that doesn?t mine her business ?where did you get your phone??contract or full) Really incompetent and seems don?t like her job and unprofessional. Did a hard source credit and wasn?t updating what is happening. I tell her to put all my surname (I have 3 surnames guys, and I told her) She just ignore me what I was saying and she said back to me that was fine and continue do her thing ?because she is the boss? so conclusion she said that I was using different surname this is why wasn?t come through. You see how dumb is the situation. Giving her the right information and have to always correcting her what she was putting on the system. The manager and colleagues just listening and doing nothing. Like their are seing a movie. Sound like I was the wrong. A girl that I don?t know where she is, think she knows everything trying to be messy. Ain?t gonna be me.
Any constumer see her run or go to that O2 think twice, she is unhappy person, gonna try to be messy.

Great Service Helped me repair my Mobile with New Sim after another O2 Shop couldn't or didn't know how to do it

Very bad customers service at bolton o2 shop I went down on Wednesday last week for my national data sim voucher was told by staff I would get a txt message with my voucher number by Friday its Monday now I've been calling the store number nearly 100 times since Friday upto now n it Monday now but not one member off staff has answered my call once really disappointed in the lack service from the staff wont even give one star but without giving 1 star I can't give my review
