I have to declare that I do know the owner of this salon but am being as unbiased as possible. Noggi is a superb hairdresser which is proven by his massive client list who have been with him for decades. Always quite good fun in the salon with help from his aide Sophia! Plenty of free car parking right in front of the salon.
