This is my second time using click and collect at this store, and once again, it was an unpleasant experience. Previously, there were two women handing out the parcels?both rude and completely lacking in basic customer service. Today, one of them was there again, and her attitude was just as unfriendly as before. No manners, no courtesy, just a generally unpleasant attitude. I honestly hate doing click and collect here just because I have to see them.

I recently visited Next in Bolton and was very disappointed with their customer service regarding a return. I tried to return an item, but they refused, claiming it had been worn. They provided no real evidence for this, other than saying the tag was off the product. The item was in perfect condition and had never been worn, yet I was still denied a refund or exchange. It has sat on a hanger for weeks for a cancelled event.
This experience was frustrating, especially since I had followed the return policy. Instead of offering a solution, they dismissed my concerns without proper explanation or proof. It?s unacceptable for a business to treat customers this way.
I expected better service and understanding from Next, and I won?t be shopping there again. I'll go as far as to advise everyone I know to stay away from such a disgraceful business.
Next, I will be reporting this to trading standards to think Next's return policy for a refund/exchange is as appalling as SportsDirect's it says a lot about the actual standard of Next as a business. I will be escalating and putting a formal complaint in too their head office as well.
The fact is Next has a legal obligation to accept a product for return within 28 days and yet as my receipt states I can return within 28 days of purchase providing the items are in perfect condition which it was other than a sales associate assuming it had been worn as the tag was off, as far as I am concerned this business has broken the Consumer rights Act 2015, this matter will be escalated.

Manger calls her self Rachel could do with re training as she is not capable of pressure and working as manager should know better.

Went to pick up click and collect. 1st time in this next store. Spacious. Used the convenient self service machine to enter my collection number.. within a couple of minutes a smiley staff member came and handed me it. Was really polite and overall experience very smoooooth

Just had a click and collect order- the lady who brought our parcel to us was unbelievably rude. . I just don?t understand how some staff really lack basic people skills- makes the experience of going in store so unpleasant.

Pleasant shopping experience. Only thing lacking is the variety which is limited due to the small size of this shop. I was immediately attended to by staff who were very kind and helpful.

It is call next home , why is it selling clothing it should have more home item's in . Instead of keep ordering items you want on line. That's why store's are closing down.
