I recently opened an account with this bank...and I had trouble setting up my log in details on the app. I went in and I was helped. She was very friendly and explained the different benefits the account and app has. She made me feel important and was more than happy to answer any questions I had or concerns. Thank you very much

The only reason I gave 2 star's was the staff. It's the top nobs at the bank you should be mad at, thinking about their massive pension and profit not you or me.

So slow. Terrible. Merging two banks is such a bad idea. Bad enough when both were open but this is pure torture. Pity that I have to sometimes go in this place as the thought of it is enough to make you cry.

I think people are being a little too harsh on this bank, its a small local bank and if it gets busy then unfortunately you are going to have to wait! I visited today and it was quick and easy. Help on offer as soon as I walked through the door but I didn't need it as I was paying in using one of their TWO cash/deposit machines! Support it or lose it!!!

Wait times are unbelievable, as an RBS customer told to attend this branch as an alternative itâ??s very frustrating. You have no chance if you need to attend on a lunch break, sending a complaint to customer services for rbs and NatWest doesnâ??t make the slightest difference. It is unfair on the customers and staff, this needs to be sorted before we all switch banking providers. And itâ??s also shut all day Wednesday!

I just had to drive 15 mins to get here (as they closed the nearest branch), only to be met with a queue of 20+ people. People were queuing out the door in 2°C weather. Needless to say, I do not have time to queue for 30-45 mins in order to deposit cheques, so I simply gave up and left.

Always opens late!! Never opens at 9.30 like it should. 12 people waiting in the queue but yet only one cashier on. Three others can be seen behind the screen. Surely common sense would be to get the queue down first then send staff off to do other jobs!!

Really enjoy spending my whole lunch queuing since the RBS was shut down. both Natwest & RBS customers in one shop is never going to work is it. If you're going make sure you have 3hours spare.

Inadequate car park for people with walking difficulties but we are fortunate to have a branch in Horwich. I always find the staff helpful but under pressure.
