Really bad service , just ignored me and when I been for second time they just not open bank account . Every things bad just wasted time .

Bolton branch... get some staff. Been in three times recently at lunchtime to try and pay in, only ever one person on the windows. Yes...I know staff need to have lunch as well as us customers...but this is a time for working customers to do their banking....on their lunch break. The self service points are always occupied...and...
