Ive not been for such a long time it used to be so nice for veg food. They brought my order to me and accidently mixed chicken bits into my veggie wrap. They were so sorry and ask if they could get me a fresh one it was a patty in a pitta. Tasted horrible. Dont think ill be going back.

Ordered take away and when it came 3 out of the 4 portions of chips were under half full boxes with an absolutely pathetic amount of chips in them to the point we may aswell not of ordered chips as they filled 1 box when added together with a few chips not fitting in the box, we ordered double wraps which seemed the same size as the single ones we usually order and we?d paid extra for the double ones. The rice was dry, burnt and tasted stale. Halloumi always way undercooked. The food just wasn?t nice at all, shame you don?t seem to value the fact takeaway customers are still paying customers but the portions we pay for versus what you get is appalling where as in the restaurant you get a very good portion.
When I?ve been in the restaurant the portions are always good for the money spent and service a lot better and food a lot better.
Also when you send out delivery orders what the hell is the deal with a sachet of each sauce for a meal clearly for several people.? What do you expect people to do fight over a sachet of sauce for several meals.? Sort it out I?ve had the same issue several times now food quality and portion sizes shocking and no sauces for everyone who?s on the order which isn?t good. Think I?m being put off nandos to be honest due to the issues I?ve had on my last few orders with food quality and portion sizes as not getting what I?ve paid for at all, and with delivery it costs a lot more than collection or eating in think our order was an extra £10 just to have it delivered which is also ridiculous how much the prices bump up just for the privilege of having food delivered.!

Brilliant experience again today, Sheila and grace the 2 members of staff were very polite and welcoming. Food was 5 ?? as usual, highly recommend

Having never been to Nando?s before I visited there today with a friend, all I can say I was very disappointed with both the food and the service. I ordered wings with Piri fries ,when the person serving us brought my friends fries on the same plate as mine saying I?ve put them on the same plate because ?I couldn?t be bothered making two trips if I?m being honest? ( her exact words) we also asked if my fries had the Piri salt on (which I ordered) she replied ?no I?ll just get you the salt you can put it on yourself? . I will not be returning to this branch, appalling treatment, rude member of staff who obviously needs training in customer service etiquette. I will also be contacting the manager to let him/her know.

Staff were pleasant. Food came cold had to ask for it to be remade. Remade food came and burger was still cold but chips was hot. Got some free desserts for the low quality of food but these didn?t taste that good either. Few hours after leaving and I now have stomach cramps and needing toilet frequently. It?s seriously overpriced for what you get. I will not be returning to Nando?s again. Better quality at McDonald?s than this place
