I came in to the cafe on the 15/10/23 ordered egg beans and toast to which I was served with warm bread a fried egg and beans I took it back and asked for fresh toast it came back with the other items now cold and the warm still I toasted I hate to complain the staff are nice and friendly but my order was not fixed so I wasted money and won?t be going there again.

Went into Morrisons today to do some shopping, security guard who was a woman decided to tell us we couldn?t shop because we spoke our opinion about 2 of the 3 security guards acting unprofessional towards a member of public, the security woman decided to punch her hands to try cause trouble with the member of public and told us we couldn?t shop here and decided to get the manager. We asked what we did wrong and didn?t give us a reason as to why we couldn?t shop. Pathetic, shouldn?t even have the job when she knows she should act professionally through out her shift. Terrible service should be sacked from her job

Food was cold and majorly over priced for poor food £20 for two breakfasts cause you have to pay separate for toast and you coffee, would cost a lot more if I had kids with me it?s shocking I could get 4 breakfast in the local cafe with coffee and toast for that price it?s a disgrace how much you charge for breakfast . Example 99p for an egg when it?s £2 for a box of 12 Wouldn?t recommend coming here go local cafe or buy the stuff you self and cook it for cheaper

Went late afternoon with my wife and granddaughter. No problem with their food - mine was another story. I ordered chicken tikka massala and chips. It arrived minus the chips, but with rice. I pointed out that wasn't what i ordered. The waitress took it away and brought it back. She said that it was pre-packed with rice and I would have to order a portion of chips to go with it. The tikka massala already contained rice, so that was a non-starter. I got a refund. My order was not queried when I placed it. I also had a milky coffee. It was the worst, most tasteless coffee I have ever had. Really weak and awful. We won't be returning.

Decided to go and get a fry up after a late night .Me and my husband decided to go to Morrisons cafe .On arrival fairly empty so we ordered two breakfasts plenty of choice to be had and also two Cappuccino.Got our coffee and went to sit down as you get your own drink from a machine you would expect it to be hot no warm at best and it doesn't even give you a full cup .Our breakfasts arrived looked very nice on the plate but Luke warm beans uncooked tomato's and uncooked mushrooms sausages not the whole thing was warm at the best the toast was ok but not really toasted very disappointed to be honest expected more .

I have been here twice with my mother in law and we both had the breakfasts each time The food was good realy good value for money and not a long wait for it Friendly staff I would go back here again John

My husband and I had the full English breakfast. It arrived cold. Bacon was so small wasn't even a child's portion, sausages where cremated. I asked about jam for the toast and was told it is 50p per portion!!!! The waitress had a bad attitude and definitely should not be in the hospitality industry. We came here because previously the good and service was really good. Definitely would not recommend and we will not be returning. No name badge visible, small, slim and rough looking.

Came here after being away for a week and having maybe the worst scran going. I tell you what I?m glad I came because it was absolutely fantastic. Everything was made perfectly, the consistency of my yolk was spot on. £2.85 what a bargain.

August 2021 - the breakfast has changed. They also have new plates, dark blue, the beans now in a little blue pot and the toast now in a little metal pot. I assume the think this makes the breakfast more trendy or artisan? I don?t want trendy, I want a good breakfast. The plate looked half empty. You now get one hash brown, it used to be two and no fried bread (usually a crust as they didn?t sell the crusts for toast), yes, this maybe healthier, but I want to decide that, not Morrison?s. You do get black pudding as standard though, but it liked by everyone. The bacon I had today was practically see through and had shrunk. the plate seems empty compared to what it was. My partner has the vegan breakfast, it came with an egg, so it was not vegan. He mentioned it to the server who seemed confused. I said I would take the egg to resolve it. On the menu it says the vegan breakfast gets half an avocado, he got a quarter and one mushroom, not two, as stated. Overall quite disappointing, we have enjoyed breakfasts at Morrisons for years, but we will not be returning in the near future. The improvements have not made improvements. Who makes these decisions?

Last week the Big Breakfast was excellent. This week what a contrast. The Hash Brown were soggy as if they were cooked too slow or left in deep fat fryer too long. My pet hate was here as well. The Egg was Rock Hard and the Sausage too. Different Chef or just having A Bad Day.

First time to eat out I was a bit worried to go out but wow the staff were amazing made me very comfortable and at ease the lady showed me to the table explaining what we had to do just amazing experience food really good the cafe were spotless our table was freshly sanitised even though its busy staff were amazing so thank you all xx

Distinct lack of Ruperts which is no good, crying kids that homeless people would look after outside and no steak and ale pie which has left me personally devastated they must like pies round here
