As bad as usual, none of the special menu available, no menu available to see as go round the drive through.
Slow service, no napkins in the bag.
Usually very to avoid but was only option as we were running late.

At the ealy evening service at drive through was quick and staff very patient listing to and it seems adhered to requirements IE certain allergy's ? will use again.

Triple cheeseburger supplied without onion or gherkin. The staff who prepared it knew that and still try and palm it off on a customer. The Caesar bacon wrap was mangled. Not sure what quality control is being applied and watching the staff work, I doubt they know either.

This store is beyond a joke.! Ordered several times from here and had food missing or food that?s cold and not worth eating.! I thought that was the worst of it but nope tonight topped it all.! I was eating my food and had a couple of bites of my burger all seemed fine until all of a sudden a could feel a hair at the back of my throat, I had to fight with this hair to get it back up which hurt and it was a really long hair too which didn?t help.! I compared it to my hair and it was longer and a different colour just to make sure but it certainly wasn?t mine.! I phoned the store to complain about this and the person I spoke to well his attitude stunk and he had no compassion for what had just happened and didn?t seem bothered at all saying I?ll get them to wear hair nets okay. Then I said that?s not good enough your brushing under the table what?s just happened to me and the reply I got was ?well what do you want me to do about it? and he said that several times too like he didn?t care.! Honestly the attitude was disgraceful and the fact he didn?t show any kind of remorse for anything has really made me angry. I now feel sick and have a horrible feeling in the back of my throat, so thank you so much McDonalds middlebrook you?ve sent out food with hair in it and not taken any responsibility for that and your staff member had the worst attitude towards the situation when still working in a customer service environment, honestly why do you employ people who don?t know what their doing or don?t seem to care about anything.! WON?T BE ORDERING FROM YOU EVER AGAIN?, I?ll also be taking this to head office and the food standards agency, you won?t be getting away with this let me tell you that.!

Asked for a completely plain burger had to retun it twice as they kept not giving me a plain one. No salt or napkins given through drivethrough

The guy on the first window this evening saying ?ho ho hello? ect. best and most festive service I?ve ever had from McDonald?s. Made me smile. Thank you very much. Hope you have a good Christmas and get recognised by your managers.

It's a McDonald's with a drive thru in a retail park.
Standard food and drinks, but sad and limp French fries.
Staff were kind and generous with the sauces.
There are better food options around, but if you need something quick & easy.
