Since the renovations, appalling service, cold food had two incidents over last couple of days with both drive through and eating in. Daughter at 14 was bullied by members of staff to the point of making her cry in front of friendsin the store and then i had to ring and speak with Manager to get it sorted. Staff should be ashamed of themselves treating children like this. On both occasions other members of staff working agreed with both my daughter and myself that the service, food and certain staff members are well out of order!!! This obviously says something when your own employees are agreeing with customers that there are issues amongst all aspects of the service!!

Visit this McDonald?s if you like being asked to sit in your car and wait for your order whenever you go through the drive-thru.
The staff also hand you your drinks and deserts before asking you to park up meaning if you order an ice cream it sits in your car with you melting for the 10-15 minutes that you have to wait for your food.
The staff are generally very nice, pleasant and do the best that they can but are obviously not getting the right numbers in staffing or support to be able to do their jobs efficiently.
Staff are regularly asked to deliver food outside in all weathers to cars that have been parked up from drive thru orders that should be ready to be passed through the window.
This McDonald?s has recently been extended but with the only benefit being there is more of a focus on prioritising delivery orders.
If you are planning to go yourself be preferred to wait for food whilst delivery orders go out before yours or sit in your car for 15 minutes after going through the drive-thru whilst your food melts and it then arrives warm at best.

Can't get a simple order right!
Seems to be common looking at the other reviews too.
I ordered a Terry's chocolate orange mcflurry.
At the payment window not one word other than the card machine being hung out whilst 2 young girls had a chat.
Then the collection window a young lad also having a chat. No acknowledgement and passed the wrong one. I didn't notice until half the way home when I tasted it.

We have been regular customers to this mcdonalds but since the refurbishment the service has been poor, orders consistently wrong and many items missing. Having a child with autism who relies on mcdonalds as a treat is now becoming an anxiety as more than likely the items ordered are either wrong or missing. Not sure what has happened, but such a shame. Might have to take the journey to Leigh to ensure the meals are correct

Absolutely shocking place the food is as awful everytime they leave the fries already in the boxes under a heat lamp for way to long and everytime I order on just eat even though I have put in the notes can they o please make sure my fries are fresh they still come the same

I went to ask for Napkin and I was refused due to no stock.
I had to wait for 5 minutes just to ask for stir stick as there were none at front desk. There were other customers waiting behind.
