Terrible terrible terrible. Completely messed up our order.asked them to rectify and they said come to them. What was the point of ordering a mcdelivery. Never ever ever ordering from them again.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Not once have I been through the drive thru and got my food. Every single time I have to park up and then I'm sat waiting 15-20 mins
Even when when uts not busy I'm always sent to park up. Then get cold food. Place is a joke

Stay away from this one. Operated and staffed by moneys ! Last 3 times I've been there, they have messed up the order ! They have definitely taken the fast out of food. The food it self isn't the usual McDonalds standard either ! This is what I got when I opened the wrapper. Alleged Sausage & Egg Mc muffin ! Looked like it had just gone 2 rounds with Mike Tyson. The staff simple don't care ! Simple as !

Staff are so rude, don?t give you items you?ve ordered or sauce. Ignored at the window I had to beep my horn and got looked at then ignored. Blackburn road is much better

Just drove few time in this , not sure why return , close to my house may be that?s why , keep buying food to my kids always got dry bam , just getted 2 already made big Mack so probably some one returned and they sell it to me very dry and over burned bam , plus in drive thru always need to park up no time when you get your food in fresh thru on windows than you get dry fries in car park so not sure what we waiting for plus employees are rud a and not really helpful if you can guys just use Blackburn road mcdonalds or others into this restaurant something doesn?t right

The worst customer service I've ever gotten from a McDonald's shop in my over 15 years of patronage. The staff member who attended to me after placing my order for a cappuccino and a white coffee via Drive through came across rude, and arrogant when I asked her to identify which drink is in either cup by pressing the corresponding reference on the lid. Rather than pressing the corresponding reference on the lid, she insisted I open the drink to see which was which and went chatting with her colleagues and laughing, ignoring me. I had to wait and insisted that I see the manager, who came and apologised for the staff's stinking, rotten attitude towards me after I explained my experience to her. I will surely not return to this shop. Crazy!!
