Not the quickest to say the lest .drive through slow even if only a couple of xars in front of you .
On a few occasions had to repeat orders at the counter .many of time not correct .
But food OK could be a bit hotter .
Staff need training how to smile and say please and thank you .

Just came through drive through to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to my next patient visit. Ordered just a double cheese burger and this is how it came... Was just slop inedible the burger was all soggy asif it wasn't cooked properly , haven't got time to go in and "complain" but really disappointed wouldn't serve that to a dog never mind a human being.

Long wait for food as priority now seems to be given to delivery drivers, staff are about 15 yrs old on average so don?t have a clue or care, it?s expensive, and worst of all the food is dreadful. We had a Big Mac which my lad called ?depressing? as the tiny rubbery patties were dry and tasteless. Worst maccies I?ve ever experienced

Child was unwell and all she wanted was a fillet o fish and fries.
Ordered at 23:42 hours through the drive thru (order number 1937) and the food never arrived. After 30 mins of waiting I went inside to enquire what is going on and they seemed lost.
Asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait for 30 mins to receive a refund or come back later for one.
You owe me £10.97 McDonalds you thieves.
Employee Lorna was so blase about the appalling service provided.
Avoid at all costs.
Asked for a complaints e-mail and was referred to google or to call the manager tomorrow.
Was left waiting until 1:02am for a refund. So basically 1hour and 20 minutes.
In this timeframe I noticed staff colouring at the counter and other staff prioritising their orders.

Mcdonald's Astley Bridge. Must be one of the worst in the Northwest of England if not the UK. The standard of food, service and presentation are really sub standard gor a Mcdonald's franchise. Went through the drive through, and as usual was asked to wait in the car park with the hot drinks and mcflurry. 20 minutes later still no hot food. Went into the store to ask about my order, to be told that I had not ordered anything through the drive through, then when trying to explain what I had ordered. I was laughed at. In the end was given my order with fresh hot drinks. 5 minutes to get home and opened our food and it looked like a 2 year old had prepared it and the two lattes were luke warm and tasted rancid and both poured down the drain. The owner of this Mcdonald's franchise needs to have a serious talk to their managers and staff.

Absolutely appalling service, my fillet o fish, fish bites and cheese bites were burnt and inedible! The fries were raw! Avoid this McDonald?s at all costs, I will definitely not be returning to this branch, hard earned money only to be served inedible food left starving and my poor child! Shame I can?t add pictures to this review! I am absolutely appalled avoid at all costs! Clearly the employees don?t care about maintaining McDonald?s standards, or any kind of food standards! Avoid go to a different branch! Don?t make the mistake I made!

Can't really give any stars for atmosphere because never sat in . Apart from the food if you go round 8pm the toilets are always locked so if you want the toilet you need to ask a member of staff that's if it registers because they you look at you as though you just come from another planet. When you get a brew from drive through you have to ask for milk and sugar and when they give it you it's like 2 of each them sugars are only ½a teaspoon. It's not just bolton I've had this problem with it's all McDonald's
Parking: And the parking at Bolton McDonald's is a joke your only aloud think its 90 minutes then there's a charge . People use this carpark for the curry house across the road also . So sometimes it's limited parking probably this is why there a charge after 90 minutes which I think it £80 penalty charge

Staff all smiling and were so polite and attentive. Their manager should feel proud ?. I just happened to pass by whilst running errands :) I'll visit this store again!
