I had a toffee latte when I give my order number they don?t bother finally coffee arrived but it was cold. I ordered a hot coffee but I had a cold coffee. They don?t even bother about any complaints.

After receiving cold fries I returned them. To give me more cold fries was honestly a joke. Really bad customer service from one female member of staff. Yes I did hear you from behind the counter. I don't appreciate cold food, bad attitude or poor customer service. Your manager must be so proud..

As I go to many McDonalds and this being one I go to a few times, today's experience has been better than I had the last time I came. All the food was correct today, but the coffee I bought was only lukewarm, and the order took a while to be ready, but tell me which McDonalds is really super fast!!!

This place never fails to get my order wrong. There is always an item/items missing which is very annoying because the food isn't cheap.
Most of the staff look like they don't want to be there and that serving food to you a is big imposition.
On a positive note the place always looks clean.
